28th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Valued, marketed and sold a house as a standard construction property. It turns out to be a non-standard construction, that requires a non-standard mortgage and non-standard insurance. I can't re-mortgage or sell the house, let alone for the price I paid. From a first time buyer with money in the bank, to the brink of bankruptcy in less than two years. After following the complaints procedure I was left with 'resolution' that amounts to we didn't know, so we don't care. The devastating financial loss and emotional distress has been handled despicably. No regulation, no liability, no care or concern.

After searching and saving for three years Jasmine gave us the belief that it was possible to buy our first home. It felt like other estate agents on the market would Cold call us or lose intressed, but this was not the case at Frank Innes for us. I felt when ever I rang or emailed, someone answered or emailed back with in the hour. Overall I felt vauled as a customer and happy with the services availble

Such a great, professional team — friendly, efficient, and always happy to help. They even arranged viewings for our new property around our schedule, which made things so much smoother. Everyone was so polite and accommodating throughout. Honestly, couldn’t recommend You Move Ilkeston enough — thank you again for everything!

I can honestly say that they were amazing, all staff friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and feedback all the way through. You all made the process easy all though it was a sad time for us. Thank you
18th Jul 2024 (11 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

She was very organised and competent and clearly explained what was included in the fee. My flat sold very quickly but sadly fell through - no problem, EweMove found me another buyer in just 10 days! Diane was brilliant with everything post-sale, keeping me completely up-to-date and recommending excellent movers. Definitely recommended!

As 21-year-olds, we’d been judged by other estate agent companies, but Nicole never made us feel anything but supported and taken seriously. She was always available whenever we needed her—day or night—and went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We felt like we were in safe hands from start to finish. We’re so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend her more!
