7th Jul 2024 (20 days ago)I cannot thank Your Move enough. In particular Liam and Abbey at the Ilkeston Office who exeeeded expectations time and again. We had a buyer pull out at after 6 months then the house we were purchasing fell through and like magicians they pulled more offers out of the hat. They became phsycotherapists as I felt like I was loosing my mind and helped me navigate all the stress of a very long and difficult process. None of the problems we experienced were related to Your Move and all agreed this was a very unusual and fraught 18 months. We moved into our new home 3 weeks ago and are very very happy this would not have happened wihout Abbeys encouragement to keep going and Liam patiently talking me through my frustrations. Cant wait to see them both at the house warming next summer when all the work is finished as I actually miss our conversations (but maybe we could talk about something else). So if your contemplating selling your house then this has to be your first choice. We have used four different estate agents in the past and without doubt Your Move are the front runners by a thousand miles. THANK YOU Liam and Abbbey and the rest of the your move team.
9th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Towns & Crawfords were absolutely amazing when it came to buying our first house through them. Even though they weren’t responsible for acting on our behalf, they were always happy to assist us with any queries, were easily contactable, kept us updated without us even asking, and supported us through the stress of it all. They are friendly, professional and put us at ease! We will definitely be using them once we are ready to sell ????
9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)The branch it's self have been a complete nightmare from the beginning with miss leading information and not doing what they said they would.... my choice of tenants was very limited and I've been over charged and messed around with money a lot however Jane etches has been amazing support and I'll only speak to her now.... she's been an absolute star.... Amber has tried to help and estell told me a lie.... I'm now moving to a different estate agents because how bad it's been.... Official complaint has gone through, they charged me for things I never agreed to, put up the rent with out my consent and didn't see a problem with it... watch out Evan official complaint got me knowwhere and I've still not received money back from being over charged.
29th Nov 2023 (7 mo. ago)Wish I could leave no stars. Initially the agents were excellent, really good and told them so. However once I agreed to let the property and paid the deposit and 'arrangement fee' it went rapidly downhill. Due to issues that appear to be beyond their control, they let myself let a property that was not ready to be let. Despite myself emailing for updates the replies were slow and had to be chased continuously. In the end they admitted that the property should have not have been for let, they wasted 10 weeks of my time and effort, so I asked for my deposit to be returned and I asked and I asked again... eventually they returned it minus the 'arrangement fee'. The 'arranagement fee' was for them arranging for me to let the property from the landlord, this was a property by their own admission, should have not been for let... So I asked for teh 'arrangement fee' back, nothing... so I advised that I would be taking legal action against them To which I received this email, which is quite laughable... Really shocked at your approach. A simple email would have sufficed. We had incurred costs and this app fee is none refundable at stated, However under the circumstances we will refund the amount. Michael anyway guess what, they still didn't refund me. so basically it seems they are a bunch of con artists... so I have lodged a claim with the small claims court, reported them to trading standards for thei extremely poor service and judgement on letting a property that should NOT have been let, regarless of what the landlord may have said, what was the 'arrangement fee' for if they wer arranging for me to have a property that wasn't ready? surely it is part of thir job to check this out and if the landlord has mislead the agents, why on earth did they not do their own investigations? isn't that their job? appalling, also reported to the property ombudsman, they are not fit to run an agency.

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)We were with Righthouse for over fourteen years renting a property in Kimberley Nottingham I can't recommend them highly enough if we we ever had a problem with the property it was dealt with straight away the staff at Righthouse were always happy to help and dealt with any problem in a speedy and efficient manner it was a shame we couldn't stay with them but unfortunately the landlord decided to sell the property and they couldn't find us a another suitable property. I would like to thank all of you at Righthouse for all your help and assistance over the last few years. Kind regards. Gary Thomas
1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Can't fault the sales team, solicitors of both parties involved in the sale were really poor and Bagshaws Residential sales team were really effective at communicating with and chasing solicitors on both sides and always got back to me by email if not by phone to keep me updated and they were always polite, friendly and efficient. Also, I can't fault all their media and marketing and getting in veiwings matching prospectuve buyers to the property price and type and I had an offer within a few weeks, thank you Bagshaws!- 18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)Frank Innes, once again you have excelled in your service as a an Estate & Letting agent. Very smooth transition from advertising to the moment the wonderful tenants moved in and great communication and rapid responses to any queries i had. I can not praise Shannon Booth and any colleagues enough, thank you to you all.
18th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Millie from Long Eaton has been great she has kept us informed all along the way and generated lots of viewings which resulted in a sale in 8/9 weeks. She gave us feedback after every viewing and made herself available weekends and evenings. The house was marketed well with good photos and write up so big thanks to Millie and the EweMove team.

Always responded very promptly and comprehensively to questions and kept us up to date with any developments during the sales process. The valuation exceeded those we received from other agents within the area and in hindsight proved to be too high given the work required to bring the probate house up to standard. After initial viewings all went quiet. Perhaps we should have taken the lead and suggested an earlier price drop. Communication re the sales team was excellent as were the attended viewings. Overall the experience has been positive though perhaps could have been more focused when viewings were lacking.

11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)Wow, EweMove really blew it out the water. Just recently sold my first property using them. Cannot comprehend how good they were. We had a valuation completed by several people and instantly knew Danni at EweMove knew what she was doing. So positive, showed us property in the area same as ours, what they went for and what ours was worth. Spent an hour comparing, showing stats etc. Once on the market, sent us Rightmove stats, how many people were viewing, clicking on the link and scrolling, did trendy TikTok videos. She even had a WhatsApp group to keep us informed of viewings (which they do), so so so impressed. Then once the offer was excepted, all the legal stuff was dealt with Diane. Absolutely amazing, so responsive. Went above and beyond, chasing buyers solicitors for info, keep me up to date and was just generally fantastic. 100% recommend this company in Beeston to sell your house, I will be telling any of my friends and family to use this company. So happy with the end results. 10/10 and greatly appreciated. Thanks Luke G
