Well worth their slightly higher than average fees.
30th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Talking from a landlord's perspective, did not have good experience from start to finish. Multiple issues when tenants were in and even unresolved issues 3 months after tenants left. Would not recommend as a landlord. UPDATE: Nicole from Chester-le-street branch has been helpful. Managed to sort out issues after speaking to her. Main problem is with Reeds Rains central management team. Unfortunately, Chester-le-street branch is attached to the central team and lettings management are done under central team. Hence bad experience overall despite good branch service.

From sale and purchase through to completion they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tess in particular handled our sale/purchase progression and was, without doubt, the most helpful and competent person we dealt with throughout any of the transactions. On so many occasions her knowledge helped us to keep the transactions progressing. She recognised our situation and did absolutely everything she could, going above and beyond, to support us at a very stressful time. Thanks very much!

Nothing was a bother and offered regular updates throughout the journey! If we had any queries they would get back to us ASAP . My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

The staff were extremely professional and accommodating and James who showed me around was very helpful. Everyone in the office that I had contact with were friendly and made the whole process of buying a property as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if the need ever arose.

9th May 2025 (14 days ago)Approached House Sales Direct as I was struggling to sell my house (3 bed Semi) with my local estate agent. I received a valuation the same day and signed up. My property was sold within a month! How my existing agent couldn't do this but House Sales Direct could I don't know. Least to say I was over the moon.
2nd May 2025 (21 days ago)The company was great to work with and Catherine was always friendly and quick to respond to any of my message and kept me updated on the progress of my purchase, I would reccomend this company as I havent a bad thing to say about them, it was a very smooth process.

When the sale fell through, family members encouraged me to look at an alternative agent but I felt it was sensible to continue & things improved dramatically. I was very grateful for all the agent did to complete the sale.
