We really felt she listened to us and what we needed, we didn’t feel hurried or rushed, which was very important for us. The rest of the team have been so supportive and kind, we really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you again, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

They said they tried to phone me despite them having my phone number, email details etc and them phoning me this week already to confirm the viewing...

The staff were really helpful throughout the whole process, particularly Madelin who went above and beyond chasing solicitors etc. for us which she didn't have to do. They were always quick to respond to emails and calls. Any delays were no fault of Pattinson and were because of other estate agents or solicitors. Can't fault Pattinson in any way! Thank you all!

20th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)The staff at NGU homes have been incredible with our move into our home, the whole process was smooth and very quick, specifically Shakil was so prompt and helpful with his responses and was just generally kind and very patient with us. Amy who we met at the house to get the keys was also lovely and super helpful!. I couldn’t fault these guys they have been amazing from start to finish, I would absolutely reccomend them. Thanks again guys!

The girls have provided unwavering support throughout and never hesitated to answer any questions or swiftly find the answer for me. I worked with the branches Mortgage Advisor, Alistair, who once again I cannot fault. Alistair was clear and thorough throughout to ensure that I understood all aspects of the process; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Rooks also referred me to 'Premier Property Lawyers' whom I've had a really positive experience with. My overall experience has been so positive and stress-free, what a wonderful team. Thank you!

28th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)They listed my4 bed detached dormer bungalow as a 4 bed detached HOME!!! SO I didn’t get any viewings for 10 week as google does not recognise home on any search engine it Could be found under properties but buyers only looking for bungalows could not find us!! I found out by distant friend trying to find bungalows online. They relaunched but missed summer buyers. Tied into 20week contract and cost me £354 to cancel -nightmare scenario for me.

The process was far from straightforward, with a particularly challenging seller, but Danielle went above and beyond every step of the way. She was relentless in chasing for updates, resolving issues, and keeping everything moving when it felt like progress had stalled.
What really stood out was her kindness, care, and genuine support throughout the process. She was always reassuring when things became stressful, quick to respond to any questions we had, and made sure we were kept informed at every stage. Despite the many challenges, Danielle did everything she could to make the experience as smooth as possible.

The property was beautifully presented in the listing, with excellent photographs that immediately caught my attention.
From the initial viewing right through to completion and the handover of the keys, Victoria was consistently approachable, friendly, professional and genuinely engaged in the process.
Communication was excellent throughout. Victoria kept in touch, provided updates, answered questions and was always willing to help, particularly during the final stages of the purchase.
What really stood out was that the service didn’t end after the offer was accepted. Victoria remained actively involved every step of the way, making sure things continued moving forward.
