Very knowledgeable and professional and one of the best around in my opinion. Respond time lightening quick and always makes you feel at ease with a very friendly manner 10/10 keep up the brilliant work.

30th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

23rd Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I was lied. I was not properly informed. I was harassed by Teri Dunning’s emails telling me and pushing me to sell and leave my house with my stuff in time when I was not able to do so! I was explaining this many times to her but she knew better. Complete fail with dealing with disable people who can’t do things fast and in such a stress which can have very serious consequences on health and even life. Very disappointing process Teri Dunning may be nice to others but she was not nice to me. That’s my opinion and I won’t change it because more people can find themselves in my place in the future. She was angry at me, she was pushing me into doing what she wanted me to do no matter what it ment to my health! Then she got revenge on me with no respect when my decision was to defend myself and my health! Immature behavior. I’ve got answer from Pattinson and they are not so nice like this public answer every person can see under my opinion. Pattinson don’t care about people neither for their agent’s behavior only for Pattinson’s business.

11th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I bought my house through Jan Foster Estate Agents over a year ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst and most stressful experiences of my life. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into an absolute nightmare because of the way this company operates and, in particular, because of the behaviour of Ashley, the agent I dealt with. From the very beginning, Ashley was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He spoke to me in a condescending manner, showed no patience, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a client making one of the biggest purchases of my life. Simple questions were met with attitude, poor communication, or no response at all. At times, he was outright disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable in any profession, let alone estate agency. Communication throughout the process was shocking. I was constantly left chasing for updates, clarification, and basic information that should have been provided without me having to beg for it. Deadlines were unclear, things were poorly explained, and I was often left feeling confused and stressed because no one seemed to care enough to do their job properly. Instead of being supported and guided, I felt ignored and brushed aside. Buying a home is supposed to be handled with professionalism, respect, and care. Unfortunately, that was entirely missing here. The stress, anxiety, and frustration I went through could have been avoided if Ashley and Jan Foster Estate Agents had shown even a basic level of courtesy and competence. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Jan Foster Estate Agents to think twice. Based on my experience, they lack professionalism, respect for clients, and proper communication. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. This experience left a lasting negative impression and completely took the joy out of buying my home.

The whole team in Forest Hall were helpful every step of the way, providing updates and patiently answering my questions, and towards the end Nicola really went above and beyond to get my sale over the line. Can't recommend them enough!

I cannot praise them enough - very professional, very reliable and so efficient! Particular thanks to Ms. Daisy Spry who has arranged and managed several tenancy issues, as well as repairs and redecorations (also Debbie and Kirstey in the past) . Great guidance and attention to detail after this with Alison taking me through the process and providing regular updates on progress. Alison also chased up the buyer and their estate agent (they weren't as on the ball as she was!) regularly and liaise with my solicitor. She replied promptly to any queries and the sale progressed quickly. Whole experience was very good - would definitely use again. Thank you!
