They made the process simple for a first time buyer with no experience of purchasing property. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend them highly.

Amy who we met at the house to get the keys was also lovely and super helpful!. I couldn’t fault these guys they have been amazing from start to finish, I would absolutely reccomend them. Thanks again guys!

The girls have provided unwavering support throughout and never hesitated to answer any questions or swiftly find the answer for me. I worked with the branches Mortgage Advisor, Alistair, who once again I cannot fault. Alistair was clear and thorough throughout to ensure that I understood all aspects of the process; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Rooks also referred me to 'Premier Property Lawyers' whom I've had a really positive experience with. My overall experience has been so positive and stress-free, what a wonderful team. Thank you!
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)They listed my4 bed detached dormer bungalow as a 4 bed detached HOME!!! SO I didn’t get any viewings for 10 week as google does not recognise home on any search engine it Could be found under properties but buyers only looking for bungalows could not find us!! I found out by distant friend trying to find bungalows online. They relaunched but missed summer buyers. Tied into 20week contract and cost me £354 to cancel -nightmare scenario for me.
7th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent experience overall. Bailey & Co were involved in both the selling and purchase sides of my chain. They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We used Brunton for both our sale and purchase and the experience was fantastic from Chris’ initial valuation to completion. We had several local agents out to value our home initially and based on another very similar home that sold in our street recently, were surprised at how low the valuations were. All of the agents had access to this information and showed me this house but all of them valued our home around £10-15,000 less. Chris from Brunton was the only one who valued the house £10,000 higher and he recommended using an offers over approach too. We were slightly hesitant at first due to the other agents valuations but Chris’ excellent knowledge of the market and the local area convinced us to trust his advice and approach. It’s safe to say that the decision to trust Chris was the right one.<br><br>Wendy and the team in the Morpeth office were fantastic and kept us in the loop throughout the process and communication was great from an initial introductory call through to arranging viewings and discussing offers. We listed the property on a Wednesday, had 9 viewings over Saturday and Sunday and started receiving offers immediately after the viewings on Saturday. There were several interested parties, Wendy talked us through all of the offers in detail and by the Tuesday we had accepted an offer significantly over Chris’ valuation from a party we were comfortable with. Our house was under offer and with the relevant solicitors shortly after that. Wendy then helped us find our dream home and helped to negotiate an offer which was acceptable to the owners.<br><br>We were then passed over to Victoria in the Sales Progression department but the standard of service did not change. Victoria kept us fully informed and reassured throughout what could be a stressful situation, she liaised with our solicitor, buyer and seller throughout to make sure the chain was progressing. The chain of four houses, three of which listed by Brunton with a new-builder at the top, progressed to completion in just over three months.<br><br>We’ve moved house a couple of times before and this was far and away the best experience we’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brunton Residential to anyone looking to sell their home.
