3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)I have found the whole process with Malixons to sell our property extremely positive. They were extremely communicative and helped keep our sale going. Very realistic about the market and property prices. I would highly recommend them.
22nd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)We have had awful experiences with HBD’s maintenance of the flat which we rent. HBD manage the property and have left us without hot water and heating for 6 days and counting. They have not proposed any solution for the total lack of hot water and have ignored repeated requests for alternative temporary accommodation and a rent refund for the period. It feels like the property manager lacks any empathy for us as they seems to have to no qualms with leaving a pregnant woman in a house indefinitely without hot water or proper heating. Their attitude seems to be that it’s not their problem if parts need to be ordered and that the tenants are expected to live in horrific conditions while paying full rent. It’s truly shocking.

He was swift, professional and extremely helpful with any questions or extra viewings we needed of our unit. We were able to complete the deal for our new commercial unit in 6 weeks thanks to Ollie & the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tarn & Tarn again and will be be back in touch when we look to expand our business again. Thanks to Tarn & Tarn & Ollie.

15th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lyon LACKS the professionalism, communication, timeliness and responsibility towards its clients. As a buyer, i was left hanging and disappointed and if I were a seller, I doubt I would list my property with this irresponsible company. 20th Mar - I called to enquire on a 2 Bedroom flat posted on Zoopla. Call answered promptly by Gaurav Sekri and viewing appointment was made for the 22nd Mar 12:15PM with Rahool Sekri. 22nd Mar - I arrived promptly for the viewing and was made to wait for close to 30 minutes. Rahool lacked professionalism and was not apologetic at all for arriving late – there was neither a text/email to say that he was delayed. 23rd Mar - I put the offer for the flat via email. No reply or acknowledgement 25th Mar - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Rahool replied with a confirmation. 28th Mar - I sent an email to check on the update on my offer. Rahool replied for me to call which i did. I was told that he would provide an update on 5th Apr. The expectation from Rahool was for me to share if had found something and my expectation was the same for Lyon to share an update on my offer. 5th Apr - As there was no email/call from Rahool, i called Rahool hoping to get an update. My call was rejected and i received a text message that he will give me a call back. No call back received. 8th Apr - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Till date, I have not received any reply. I have concluded that my offer was potentially rejected by the seller however there should have been some form of communication from Lyon. It is irresponsible and unacceptable to leave clients hanging. They have lost a potential client and if i were you, i would not use Lyon! Stay away!
17th Feb 2019 (5 years ago)Best butcher shop in the area, fantastic products at reasonnable prices and lovely staff who really know their stuff. I don't cook/eat a lot of meat but when I feel like it, I always buy it there!

When we came to view the property, she was really well informed -- she clearly knew about the house and the area, which really helped us to get excited about it. Throughout the negotiation and the sales process she was responsive, helpful, and warm. You always felt like you were dealing with someone you could trust. And she was always incredibly flexible about letting tradespeople into the house for inspections, nothing was ever too much. Having had mixed experiences with estate agents throughout my search, I would recommend Easthaus to anyone buying, selling or renting locally. They're brilliant.

Tom and his team are great to work with and their fees are far more reasonable than other ‘household’ names in the business. Who says you need to pay more for a personal touch? Plus, Max and Ella were great throughout the whole process. Their teamwork and responsiveness made renting a breeze. I'd definitely recommend Love Living for their top-notch service and awesome team.

They don't make you feel like you're a loser because you don't qualify for the property. They will call you back as soon as you ask for details. I hope I can get a property to rent from them soon.
