10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.

Jack and the team are just such a nice bunch and patiently worked with us for much of 2025 guiding us through the process of becoming first time landlords. We felt finding the right tenants meant first finding the right estate agents to work with and with Findlay feel our flat is in very safe hands. Thank you Findlay!

The photos showed a flat in perfect condition, but when I arrived, workers were inside and the entire flat was in a broken, unfinished state. Wasted my 2 hours.<br>The owner, Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and did not bother to answer basic questions. His attitude was disrespectful and showed no concern for potential tenants.<br>Avoid at all costs.

Great communication throughout as well, with a genuine sense of urgency when it was needed. Low fees compared to the bigger firms in Herefordshire but a much more personable service and better outcome

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. He didn’t just sell my flat — he went above and beyond to make it happen, and I will always be grateful. 12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
