15th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I rented out my flat and had it manged by Blake Stanley for 18 months from April 2022 and unfortunately never felt confident they were managing it professionally. I always had to chase up on emails and felt like I was managing it myself most of the time. I have now left Blake Stanley and renting my flat out with another agent. Sadly I cannot recommend them any longer which is a shame because my last experience of them, when they first opened, was great.

Given the emotional nature of buying/selling properties it is essential to have a calm, persuasive agent who finds practical solutions to problems that arise - James frequently demonstrated all these qualities. I do not hesitate recommending his services to others. They offer fantastic value.
28th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Oh my word - Aliya and her sales team achieved rents I never dreamed possible and the speed in which they let my 6 properties in Amhurst Rd truly amazed me. Multiple confirmed offers within 2-3 days after receiving instruction and definitely not a fluke as it happened with 6 different properties!!????????- Candecia, Suzanna Poullis and especially Aliya were fantastic, well organised, knowledgeable and kept me updated every step regarding amount of interest, block viewings and offers. Once offers were accepted, everything else went like clockwork. Thank you to all of you - BRISTANT Investments Ltd

4th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our very large family home and after asking a few agents around were impressed by the smallest, local agent, Big Move. Aaron arrived having extensive knowledge of how the market was and how much other similar homes were selling for etc. Throughout the journey, he has been professional, responsive and always kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale as soon as he had news. We were overseas for much of the time and Aaron managed all viewings, scheduled surveyors and even workmen who had to go in when we had a leak. We felt confident in handing Aaron the keys and he checked it regularly for us. Even now, after completion, Aaron is helping us with other aspects arising from the sale. We would always recommend Aaron and Big Move to all of our friends in the Hackney area.

I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. Thank you very much Harvey and the team.
21st Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)What a top experience with Bairstow and Eves Bow. Vitalii and Karl were so helpful with the whole process and made the stress of renting absolutely stress free. I can’t recommend enough. I will be sure to use their assistance again in the future!

Any faults with the property are quickly remediated, and the agency is very responsive to queries in general. Renewal of my tenancy was handled quickly and professionally by my agent James. 24th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Sometimes they’re helpful, sometimes they’re not - they can be slow and not keep their promises. Responses to emails are slow or non existent and bad dirty neighbours (urine/poo stains, pubic hair, crumbs, rubbish etc) are not dealt with appropriately. There have been issues with maggots and mice that were never appropriately addressed. I have been pestered to change my negative review as they do not agree with it - this is very wrong, as my review is for me to convey.

We finally took the plunge and purchased a property, which again was listed through Fox and Sons. Zoe played a real key role offering advice and what needed to be done next; sorely needed for me as a first time buyer. Zoe went above and beyond to assist; being really proactive and keen resolve any issues ASAP. Zoe is a credit to the branch.

So helpful, very clear, offering me excellent insights and advice - making me feel calm, and in control. Also his characteristic charm bought some joy and levity to a typically v stressful experience. The house ended up falling through as my chain broke but in this Mosh was fair and clear and did his absolute best to help me navigate and keep me in the game. I will buy my dream house and through mosh! Thank you Mosh.

He is cool under pressure, helpful and his kindness right to the point of handover and post sale speaks volumes to him in paying complete attention to his clients and he was immensely respectful to the requirements of our needs. Joe went above and beyond particularly when complex matters arose calmly managing these and he was diligent in the most important aspects of communication. This is a skilled person who represents his Employer highly. He is invested in the client’s needs as much as for the business. We thank him especially, for understanding the importance and value of honesty in this profession.

30th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)My and my Husband have recently moved into a property that was first shown to us by Christina. We have had some not- so positive experiences with estate agents in the past but Christina was a breath of fresh air. She was so friendly and down to earth and especially NOT PUSHY which was something we really appreciated , almost like a friend showing you around. There was some delays through out the process (none of which were her fault) but we could tell that she was trying her best to get them resolved. She kept us in the loop through out and was available on the phone if we needed help. I would 100% recommend giving her a shout to help you out when looking for a property, she’s great!

From getting viewings through to securing a sale we received ongoing support and were kept fully up speed. Toby worked closely with ourselves and the purchasers to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as possible and we would not hesitate to use them again. I had a difficult experience recently buying a new house, with conveyancing glitches on the day, and multiple "surprises" regarding things that didn't work in the new house. Matian from N&B went well beyond the expected standard in liaising with the former owner, support and practical help on the day of the move, and an uncomplaining and efficient after sales service. You get much more than with the average high street estate agent with N&B, you get a professional who gets to know you as a person, cares, adapts to your needs and goes the extra mile.
