I have never seen a real estate company that operates so unethically in my life! If I were a homeowner and couldn’t get my home sold through this agency, I would decide to sell my house! As a tenant, I haven't even been able to get my leaking faucets fixed for a full 7 months! The staff are constantly on holiday. Their manager has no idea about their employees! Whenever an issue arises, everyone just redirects me to someone else, and I can never find a solution.
Despite sending 47 different emails to resolve a problem, after 7 months I realize that the employees are not even aware of the issue. Even if they offered the most beautiful home in the world, do not rent from this company. I have never seen a more poorly managed business in my life. It’s shameful!

Around 8 months ago, we contacted Foxtons about various issues with our bathroom. We also submitted the necessary request through Foxtons’ portal. We asked for the leaking taps in our bathtub to be replaced and for a bath screen to be installed. Five different “specialists” came to our home, each conducting an “inspection” ???????? Finally, a technician arrived, replaced a tap that wasn’t broken, but didn’t touch the faulty one. To replace this unnecessary tap, they broke the bathroom tiles, and we have now been using a bathroom with broken tiles for nearly 3 months. Meanwhile, the taps continue to leak...
Each month, an employee named Imogen calls to apologise, yet none of our issues have been resolved.
