13th Jan 2018 (6 years ago)We gave Dominic Fletcher a very specific brief and his response was excellent. There was no time wasted and all properties were relevant. He also had some excellent lateral ideas for us. I have to admit that I suffer from some of the cliche prejudices about estate agents but Winkworths proved me wrong. Dominic was efficient, business and charming. He is very good at his job.

Response time was fabulous and finally we got the lovely house. The whole renting process was easy to get through and upcoming questions are handled promptly and ready to be solved. On both occasions the service Tom provided was excellent - great communication and an attention to detail. We also appreciated his knowledge of the market and realistic rental evaluation. We would certainly use the agency again and highly recommend them.

23rd Sep 2022 (1 year ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.
24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)At the end of 2023, I was looking to move more centrally to rent for a period after selling my flat. I only viewed one flat, which is the one Mark showed me, as I immediately lovely it and he was super helpful and the process from then on was seamless. Any queries I had at the beginning of my move were answered fully and speedily and any issues arising during the tenancy that required the attention of the landlord (through the managing agency AW Childs) have been dealt with appropriately. Moving from owning a property to renting one is a change, and the overall professionalism of AW Childs has made this a good experience for me.

1st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Awful experience with Hunters - so much so that I feel compelled to write a review, something I never do! They failed to advertise a property as for cash buyers only, and let me arrange a viewing despite knowing I needed a mortgage. Obviously then realising their mistake on the day of the viewing, I received an automated cancellation email an hour before the viewing - at this point I had already left and didn’t see the email. Nobody attempted to call or text me, which is how the viewing was arranged. I was then left stood outside the property in the rain for 20 minutes while the agent ignored my calls, only to then receive a text message admitting their error. All in all 3 hours of my evening wasted! Zero respect or care for potential buyers.
