3rd Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I and a flatmate letted a flat for 3 years with no real issues. If anything came up that would require assistance with Fieldhouses response was always prompt and solved the issue we had. We never had any issues during our tenancy that they couldnt solve and I would say they were great in all aspects.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

What really stood out was that he was never pushy or tried to pressure us into making an offer, instead, he was transparent, honest, and happy to answer all our questions and laugh about our jokes.<br><br>If you have the opportunity to work with Joshua, I honestly 10000% recommend him.

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
