Unlike other estate agents who were pushy and sometimes unprofessional to make the sale, Sohail was informative, honest and gave me space to view the property. I viewed multiple properties on multiple occasions with him and he always provided all the information I needed and did not withold any issues. Highly satisfied customer here and would recommend to other.

He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, always patient, responsive, and happy to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Jonah made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and smoother. Rashid the Agent who showed me the flat (and about 50 other people!!) was courteous, provided lots of information and transparent about the quirks and what the landlord was looking for. After my offer was accepted - Dimension continued to keep strong communication and was patient with all of questions.

24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)I looked into their 15 Stratton Street address after seeing a listing on Zoopla and found it’s a virtual mailing address in a shared coworking building, not an actual branch. For a luxury property agency, I expect physical presence and transparency — finding out they have no dedicated premises undermined that trust. I prefer agencies where I can meet the team in person at their own office. Worth checking before you commit.

28th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.

As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

3rd Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)I and a flatmate letted a flat for 3 years with no real issues. If anything came up that would require assistance with Fieldhouses response was always prompt and solved the issue we had. We never had any issues during our tenancy that they couldnt solve and I would say they were great in all aspects.

As a first-time solo renter, there were lots of things I wasn’t sure about and I naturally had quite a few questions, but everyone was incredibly patient, reassuring and helpful throughout.<br><br>They were always very responsive, took the time to explain everything clearly and dealt with any little questions or concerns extremely quickly. The whole process, from arranging the tenancy to collecting the keys, felt smooth and personal, and they made something that could have been quite stressful feel completely manageable.<br><br>I’m absolutely delighted with my new home and couldn’t recommend them more!
