During the viewings and offers stage, Hazel was fantastic and always very quick to respond. Once we had our offer accepted, wonderful Fiona did all the leg work and made sure we had all necessary paperwork and missives completed in a timely manner as well as patiently explained everything to us. Really pleased with everything and we can't thank them enough for their hard work and friendliness throughout a daunting process.

My property was on the market quickly and I accepted an offer even higher than I was hoping for within two weeks. The photos and listing were of a high standard, the home report and solicitor were organised quickly by them (highly recommend using their recommended solicitor!), and their communication throughout the whole process was spot on. It was my first time selling a property and I felt truly taken care of every step of the way and got an even better, quicker result than expected. I can’t recommend Avenue Road highly enough!
