9th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Really disappointing experience. Some of the viewers they sent were a total waste of time - clearly not interested in a property like ours. Communication was non existent unless we got in touch first. That includes when we were clearly not going to make the initial date for exchange. Only thing they managed to do without us telling them to was putting their final bill into our solicitor.

I wrote to the directors of the business and said. “I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your organisation for the smooth and business like manner in selling both my and my Mother’s property. Ben Gibbs was magnificent, professional and respectful in all his dealings, negotiations and particularly in finding buyers. He kept us informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble for him. He frequently had to be the go between with 2 very demanding purchasers. He is, in my opinion, a real asset to your business. His local knowledge was key to servicing our needs and those of our purchasers. The timescales were exacting and he rose to the challenge, knowing how to keep all parties happy. 22nd Jul 2022 (2 years ago)We were disappointed in the amount of interest they created. They do not seem to be proactive. We changed agents and saw an immediate upturn in interest, our property is now sold STC.
25th Sep 2024 (17 weeks ago)Positive experience with arranging a viewing and mortgage consultation with Connells. The viewing was arranged promptly and Caleb was professional and knowledgable. I was really impressed as well with the mortgage consultation - Sarah was extremely friendly, and again professional and knowledgable. I would encourage others to use them for the same services.

Even once a buyer was found Chris and Amy took great care guiding us through the sale process through to completion. I look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel
16th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

4th Dec 2022 (2 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
