They do not seem to be proactive. We changed agents and saw an immediate upturn in interest, our property is now sold STC.

Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. 16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

If you are planning on selling your house and want a professional sevice from start to finish, I strongly suggest you use Humberts of Honiton. Better still, even if you have no immediate plans to sell, get in touch with Alex Coates and get to know him now, because when you do decide to sell, the whole process is far less stressful. That's what we did and and as the relationship was already established, any challenges that arose were dealt with in a much easier way thanks to Alex.
