Unfortunately then we had to chase repeatedly to speak to someone and kept getting promised a call back to no avail. Our sale eventually stumbled over the line but wish we’d sold with Paul Fenton who we bought from. They were much better throughout the whole process.

3rd Mar 2025 (19 days ago)Chris Clifford and Emma Darke were faultless at every stage - from initial valuation to completion. Chris has a great understanding of the market in Devon and Cornwall and inspires complete confidence. Emma kept us up to speed on every twist and turn (we had a few!) and was always positive, cheerful and very supportive on a day to day basis. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel
4th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

As we were selling from another area they went over and above helping with viewings EPC issues etc. They guided us through every aspect of the sale in a calm and professional manner. Could not recommend them more highly.

They were there for us through all the ups and the downs, such as when the original chain collapsed, with great professional advice and they helped us pick ourselves up again & achieve a successful sale. I would particularly like to thank Nicky and Marcus who have been particularly supportive and just all around brilliant! 16th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

No real communication, with us contacting to bring them up to date, and asking for more interaction from them. Their bill went in on exchange day, but no contact to us - no thanks, card, Champagne. Go for purple bricks, not used but cheaper!

After dealing with some very dubious clowns from another agency, I wouldn’t go anywhere else these days; Mayfair are excellent!
