I enquired about a property and booked a viewing which unfortunately couldn't be accommodated by the tenant. This is fine, completely understand. What's disappointing is that I asked for a revised appointment and never heard back, when chased up this morning I've been informed the property is. now under offer.

We were first time buyers and are hugely appreciative of the honesty and guidance Paul gave us during the offer process, unlike many SW London agents! After our offer was accepted the 5 star service continued all the way through to completion where Paul was very helpful, professional and responsive in dealing with various matters. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

If you are planning on selling your house and want a professional sevice from start to finish, I strongly suggest you use Humberts of Honiton. Better still, even if you have no immediate plans to sell, get in touch with Alex Coates and get to know him now, because when you do decide to sell, the whole process is far less stressful. That's what we did and and as the relationship was already established, any challenges that arose were dealt with in a much easier way thanks to Alex.
