20th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Mcdonalds were polite and spent time explaining about the company They talked me through how they got to the valuation price through similar properties in the area. I liked how they had viewing agents, who specialised in showing properties to potential buyers, and kept me informed about the viewings, pluses about the property and negatives if any.
21st Feb 2024 (1 year ago)House was sold whilst I was a sitting tenant got a letter through post with incorrect tenant names looks like was printed by a 5 year old as no company name info or contact information and no company registration number just stating to pay into this bank account number. No new tenancy contract with either new owner or letting agents. Lorna sharp sent rude obnoxious emails and seems to care more about money than tenants ..... AVOID THIS LETTINGS AGENCY DUE TO TO LACK OF EMPATHY AND SUPPORT FOR DISABLED OR ABLE BODY TENANTS. SAVE YA MONEY FIND A RESPONSIBILE AGENCY NOT THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

Massive help from Jack Butterworth, one of the estate agents there, very capable and quick to reply. Amazing service, glad to be staying with them with our new property.

He has been amazing, always deals with issues quickly, recently we had to have a new boiler and the tenant was only without heat for 1 day. He’s an absolute gem, courteous, kind and a good listener! If you need your property managing, you couldn’t find better! Thank you Lewis

3rd Mar 2025 (19 days ago)I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the services provided by Move Holmes. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it is important to share my thoughts for the benefit of prospective clients. Despite repeated attempts to address necessary repairs, Move Holmes has left my residence in unsuitable conditions, including mould and safety hazards. These issues persisted for months and resulted in significant health problems. Communication has been equally frustrating, as my emails and calls went unanswered. In my view, the conduct of the staff has been rude and unprofessional. Ultimately, I found it necessary to involve the local council to ensure that necessary repairs were completed, which should not have been necessary had Move Holmes fulfilled their obligations as a property management agency. I have concerns regarding the legality of changes made to my contract without proper notice. ( being investigated by my solicitor) Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Move Holmes to anyone seeking reliable housing management services. I urge potential clients to explore other options.

31st Dec 2024 (12 weeks ago)Wanted to have the property valued for rental, made appointment date and time- they didn’t turn up or even communicate why they couldn’t attend. Terrible, the least they could do would let you know so not to waste your time.

The team there have assisted us with finding a Tennant and managing a buy to let property. They have a vast amount of experience and knowledge regarding the world of buy to let and have been happy to help answering any questions we have had. Very friendly, independent business.
