29th Oct 2025 (18 days ago)I often hear that many real estate agents only work for the sellers, often ignoring the questions from buyers. I really appreciate the service from Lamberts; they handle things very flexibly and sometimes even allow viewings on Sundays, which is convenient for most buyers who need to work during the week. From the initial offer to the completion of the sale, their follow-up and responses have been much more efficient compared to my previous experiences. It’s worth mentioning that their ability to communicate via WhatsApp is a huge advantage, saving time for both parties, especially when phone calls often go unanswered or end up as voicemails. When a small issue arose just before collecting the keys, I was worried about not being able to collect them on time, but they quickly resolved the problem. Their service is truly commendable. Especially thanks for Katie and Amy to show what the professionals they’re.

Sam was enthusiastic from start to finish, made the whole process run smoothly and with the help of solicitors, they managed to complete on my property within 6 weeks. She went above and beyond throughout the whole process, her attention to detail was faultless and I can’t thank her enough for all of her work. I will absolutely be using them again for future properties.

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

In particular, Natasha helped to smooth out quite a difficult process when time was getting very tight. She did a brilliant job at liaising with the other agents in the chain and the solicitors. Super quick to respond and communicate, but very careful too...amazing! Maisie and Alex were also outstanding. Many thanks.

From the very first contact until the handover of the keys, she guided me through every step with professionalism, clarity, and kindness. She was always available, quick to respond, and explained the whole process in simple and clear terms — from viewings and making an offer to signing the agreement and setting up the direct debit. Thanks to her, everything was well organized and stress-free. Viewings were arranged smoothly and at convenient times, and she provided useful advice about the property and area. After I decided on the flat, she helped me prepare all the documents, complete the checks, and agree on a suitable move-in date. She also gave me practical guidance on setting up electricity and other utilities, which was very helpful since everything in the flat runs on electricity. Even after the contract was signed, she continued to support me, checking that everything went well with the move-in and providing advice on the next steps. Overall, the process was transparent, well-managed, and much easier than I expected. I felt supported at every stage, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and genuine care. We found a beautiful little cottage managed by Sunderlands in a gorgeous location. Being new to renting a property we were a little apprehensive. The whole process was very smooth - managed by Lianne. The property had to have some external work done when we moved in - the landlord gave us 2 bottles of wine as a thank you for persevering with it. We've only had a few minor problems during the time we've been here. An email to Lianne in the morning, and a professional person arriving the same day to fix the problem. The service that Lianne provides is outstanding. She is efficient, helpful, reliable and trustworthy. Thank you Lianne.

The sale was dealt with very sensitively and Jonathan sorted any hiccups as they occured. The particulars were well put together and we had an offer very soon after going on the market. I would use Brookes Bliss again without hesitation and can't recommend them highly enough.
