Peter is a good communicator which helps to keep the sales process moving along. Peter keeps me informed of new properties coming to the market that may suit my clients. I have done a number of deals with Peter in the last couple of years and my clients have all been happy with the properties and the process. 3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

What made Pocock and Shaw different was Piers local knowledge and that they offered a 2 week withdrawal from using them. We did not need this as we had an offer within 2 working days of the listing!

It wasn't the most straightforward of circumstances given the current economic climate, but Lewis showed great resilience and achieved a great end result for us including the exact kind of buyers we could have hoped for. 24th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)DO NOT RECOMMEND ! DO NOT HERE! I’ve rented a flat from Keeleys last year(2022), when winter started the second bedroom had black mould and didn’t heat properly. After a few emails back and forward was sent out instructions to clean the bedroom. The black mould was never sorted! End up moving out but because I signed an extra paperwork apart from my contract they have charged me for the empty flat! Bad experience end up stealing half of my deposit! People have no morals! Don’t sign anything extra ! Only your contract!! If you have black mould just call the expert and issue a claim!

They went to work and sold my late Stepfathers home quickly. Big thanks Daniel and all of the team at Oakheart Bury St Edmunds. All did a fantastic job.
