20th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I can't fault Jamie Harrison from Venmores. I called to view a flat but the tenant wasn't available for me to view it. Jamie showed me another flat in the same building & I loved it. In 5 days I'd viewed the flat & the sale was agreed. This lad moves pace at the speed of light. Be prepared to hang on for a fast ride if you deal with him. I shall be using him again in the future. Thanks Jamie

We were pleased with the pictures taken of the house which promoted it to its best advantage. After approximately a month and several viewings we had a definite offer which we were very happy to accept.In all a totally good experience.

I was initially very dubious about renting a property but after speaking to Sian, Kaitlyn & Owen of the Maghull branch I was soon put at ease. 26th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Tried other estate agents in Southport to buy and sell no joy. Along comes Marc Curley auctioneer at Flexi Agent and boom.. house sold purchased another.. within 6 months. This guy WILL keep you in the loop of the process at all times. Recently widowed I was treated compassionately I would highly reccomend Flexi agent the staff are all really top of the game and so proffesional. Flexi agent stand out on their own they will get you where you need to be they're trustworthy and I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

10th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I instructed Curlett Jones to sell my house after being on with another agent for 6 months, Wayne visited me and was very enthusiastic about my property and gave me truthful and honest advice along with a strategy to get sold. they sold my house in 3 weeks for the asking price and my only wish is that i instructed them sooner. If you want real professional and honest advice then you should look no further than Wayne and his team. Thank you so much
2nd Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Worked with Adam Hardcastle on a very time-sensitive deal that needed to be completed within 3 days. Adam was brilliant, highly professional, proactive, and extremely competent throughout. He has a clear understanding of more complex strategies that many agents either don’t understand or avoid, such as Rent-to-Rent, Company Let Agreements, and HMOs ect More importantly, Adam went well beyond standard working and office hours, negotiating back and forth late into the night between multiple parties to ensure the deal got over the line. We work with a lot of people in property, and it’s individuals like Adam who actually make things happen. He’s a real asset to the company — this deal simply wouldn’t have completed without him.
