From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. He guided us through every step of the rental process with expertise and made everything so smooth and stress free. Darren was always quick to respond and even handled our last minute emergencies with great understanding and efficiency. His friendly approach and expert knowledge really stood out and made a huge difference in our moving experience. We’re so grateful for all his help in finding our new home , highly recommend Darren and the Reeds Rains team !

8th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)I would like to give a 5-star review to Dermott for his outstanding support throughout my entire tenancy process with Homesure. From the time of my application and viewing to the day I moved in, Dermott handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and care. During my application, there were some discrepancies that were through no fault of my own, Dermott resolved them quickly and efficiently, allowing me to move in seamlessly. Upon key collection, Dermott wasn’t available, but his lovely colleague met me to hand over the keys the process was smooth and easy. The property is great, and I’m really happy with it. I’d also like to big up the whole Homesure team even when Dermott wasn’t available, whether I was calling in to ask questions about the property or needed help after moving in, the team quickly stepped in to answer my queries and resolve any issues. Overall, I would definitely recommend Homesure they’ve been professional, responsive, and supportive from start to finish.

We were pleased with the pictures taken of the house which promoted it to its best advantage. After approximately a month and several viewings we had a definite offer which we were very happy to accept.In all a totally good experience.
4th Nov 2025 (11 days ago)Terrible agents who don’t communicate appropriately. They leave you hanging with no regard for the impact that has on you. They also don’t address any requests you make on the form and allow you to rent homes that have not been cleaned and do nothing about it. Don’t recommend! Especially if you’re not a local.

She was always available to contact and took the time and effort to explain every stage of proceedings to my elderly mother. The sale of the family home after almost 60 years was never going to be easy, Georgia ensured that the process ran smoothly and efficiently keeping my mother and myself fully updated throughout. 2nd Nov 2025 (13 days ago)Northwood really do go the extra mile. They say first impressions count and from their representatives first visit I knew they were the company to use. Very knowledgeable, polite and not pushy at all. The proof of the pudding was in the eating as they say, my property was sold very quickly as they had anticipated. Great communication on the progress through the legal process. 5 stars from me.

19th Sep 2025 (8 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I've called 2-3 times now and the majority of the time they seem to be quite rude. While I know some estate agents do things differently, and, understandably, answering the same questions can be annoying, it doesn't mean you need to be rude about it. My questions have been standard ones like "what furnishings come with it?" because it says 'part furnished' with no inventory listed, and in return, I got "well, have you looked at the pictures?" Believe it or not, I have, but a good amount of other agencies list what's included when it says 'part furnished' or at least tell you what comes with it when you call to ask, so it's a valid question, as some agencies put up fully furnished photos when only half of the furnishings come with it, so I wanted to be sure, or I've asked "Do you have a floor plan for this place?" and getting a "No rentals give out floor plans" in a tone that sounds more like I'm keeping a teenager from doing something more exciting instead of a professional lettings agent, it's a shame because they list really good places but it does put me off because if I do say yes to a property, I'll be sorting my rental through them.

6th Aug 2025 (14 weeks ago)Kuavo have been great. They are hands on with getting a buyer but also hands on with conveyancing ensuring no delays between the two solicitors which takes the stress away from the sake as the communication and updates are timely. I would definitely recommend

Everyone we dealt with was really approachable and offered helpful advice when needed (especially Keir, Georgie, and Alison). They communicated brilliantly with both us and the purchasers throughout a complicated sales process and really assisted in getting the sale over the line.
29th Oct 2025 (17 days ago)From the moment I instructed Curlett Jones I received a great service. My photographs were fantastic, the marketing was superb. My house was SSTC within the first 2 weeks, 1st viewing and first time buyer. My main point of contact throughout was Oliver, he was fantastic. He was always there if needed to answer any questions,chase up anything for me, I really cannot fault the service he provided me with from start to finish. I feel Oliver is a very personable estate agent and puts you at ease. He speaks to you with confidence, but follows through on what he says he will do. I would high recommend Curlett Jones to anyone wanting to sell or buy their property, the standard of service provided is second to none.
