24th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)Was led to believe a property was secured for me (to let) as I asked to reserve it. Was sent a link to complete my details with open banking and credit check. Only to be told after I was going up against others. Credit checks should be done after the property is secured for you. I wouldn’t have done it otherwise.

10th Oct 2024 (13 days ago)Initially a slow quiet 4 months with seller also viewing potential properties. Although with part time staff only covering 2-3 days a week, l am sure slows progression ! Which needs addressing plus 7 day week used to be the norm?? Even if only a couple hours a day.

We have found James and his staff to be very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They are very customer focused and make the process of selling / buying more easy and less stressful. This is the second time Alastair Saville Estate Agents have sold a property for us & we would not hesitate to go to them again. The process was incredibly smooth and much quicker than I had anticipated, thanks to their efficiency and attention to detail. The paperwork and documentation were handled swiftly, making everything hassle-free. A special mention must go to MARK, who coordinated the entire process. He is an absolute gem—professional, yet personable, effortlessly balancing a work relationship with the warmth of a friend. I would even go as far to say they should be getting paid solicitors pay ,nothing is to much trouble ,follow up sellers solicitor, working so hard to make sure move goes smoothly .I will certainly highly recommend kuavo rose expecially for all her continuity. Thankyou x
10th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)Not a positive experience at all. Firstly they host viewings ONLY for the day after they post a listing online. No other timings are available apparently. Then they'll ask you to put down a deposit BEFORE the landlord has even accepted your offer, without explaining the procedure. Dodgy company who clearly don't care about tenants at all, avoid at all costs.
