16th Feb 2025 (13 weeks ago)Although Concentric managed to sell my property rather quickly, this had more to do with me accepting about at lesst £10 000 less than market value for the house. As far as I am concerned the house sold itself. I was disappointed with the performance of Concentric in terms of slow replies, and mis - information. Ie not knowing who was supposed to be coming for a viewing. The gentleman that ended up buying my property turned up without an appointment. I once communicated that I would like some photos amended. Concentric sent an agent to the property and he took new photos with a mobile phone. These photos weren't even uploaded to the various housing agencies such as rightmove.

3rd Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)We recently sold our house and bought another, which was a journey in and of itself. The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!
16th Jan 2025 (18 weeks ago)We found Jackson-Stops in Alderley Edge extremely professional and the team are so friendly. Shari was amazing and kept us up to date with everything. We only put the house on the market at the end of September and we are moving out mid January. We would certainly recommend them.

I spoke to a valuer names Olivia Betts she was amazing extremely helpful, friendly, professional and understanding of the unusual circumstances and request. As my request was time sensitive she was able to help in timely and efficient manner. I would definitely consider the Clive Watkin team for any further property valuations and sales Thank you so much Olivia

19th May 2025 (1 day ago)Very professional and kept me in the loop with feedback and prospective buyers,although a very low interest from prospective buyers considering the quality property and low pricing. Very swift to update details and reduce the price according to the market. Updates on a graph to show sold and pricing of premises in the area on a regular basis Sadly a prospective buyer reached sale agreed status and the sold sign was erected so I engaged your recommended conveyancing Lawyer but the contracts were not signed and he cancelled the sale so it's back to square one and on the market again.

12th Mar 2025 (10 weeks ago)I traveled for three hours by train in one direction to Liverpool to see the flat. To my great disappointment, the flat was totally different from the pictures on Rightmove. The layout of the apartment was completely different, and instead of luxurious finishes, there were leaks under every window. This was one of my worst experiences dealing with an estate agency :(
