30th Oct 2025 (16 days ago)Recently bought a new build in Marton, Spicerhaart are selling on behalf of E5. Dealt with new build Sales Director Graham Lang who said he would make the process as smooth as possible. Sadly it could not have been further from the truth the process was very poor communication wise, once they had our deposit for the new build they were not interested. Graham does not respond to emails or phone calls and speaking to other occupiers on the site it seems they have all had exceptionally poor service from Graham. Avoid this agent whether buying or selling they are only interested in your money, they don’t care about you as a person.
1st Nov 2025 (14 days ago)I’ve been a tenant with Bairstow Eves for three years, and after being served a Section 21 notice, I was called two to three times during a period when I have a legal right to peace and privacy. One of the agents, Liam, came across quite unprofessional and said he had a key and would come into the property, even though tenants are legally entitled to quiet enjoyment of their home.No one should enter or make unannounced visits or without permission until a court orders an eviction, it’s illegal to enter a property without consent.I also spoke with James and a few other agents who were polite and helpful, but overall this experience has shown a lack of understanding and respect for tenants’ rights that really needs addressing.its also not quiet enjoyment when asking me to remove personal photos while I'm still living in the property.

In my experience, the accounts section and front office staff were uncooperative, and I felt that customers were not treated with the respect and professionalism expected. Unfortunately, the overall service left me disappointed.
27th May 2025 (25 weeks ago)On the letting side I never use again, unprofessional and constantly make mistakes…. The selling side is good, communication not often the best in certain areas but the sales team do their best

At all times we received excellent advice and strategies for selling a niche house in what is a buyers market at present. The service and personal attention received, certainly surpassed our expectations and we would only use Savills in future. A special thank you to Melissa who has been truly amazing throughout. She is an excellent communicator, very friendly and kept us extremely well informed throughout the process, liaising with our buyers and also both Solicitors. Thank you again Melissa and also the rest of the team. I really don’t think you could have been more incredible.

1st Nov 2025 (14 days ago)All good except the photos they took. We had a tenant in the house who hadn’t done any tidying and they took pictures it as it was rather than getting the tenant to tidy before they took photos. In the end, the photos had to be sent to a retouching studio for amendments.

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. 24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

28th Jun 2025 (20 weeks ago)Great communication, regularly called to give updates or discuss how to increase traffic to our adverts if views were down. Never once told us to reduce our price which other agents often did as a method the gain interest.
9th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)Initially they seemed good, that's why we chose them to market our property. After a couple of weeks we were disappointed with the lack of communication and suggestions to generate more interest. Overall we felt more could have been done and were left disappointed.

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
