11th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Just completed this sale of my father-in-law's house. We were keen to use an agent with local knowledge and I'm very pleased we chose Alan Cooke Sales and Lettings. We received excellent advice on how to aproach the sale and the marketing was exceptional. As a result, we received a large number of offers very quickly. We then received detailed advice on the benefits and risks of each offer and the associated chain. We chose an offer that was most likely to complete and the whole process of marketing and conveyancing was wrapped up in just over three months. Very happy with the sale price and the agents fees. I'd reccomend Jonny and Elissia to anyone looking to sell in North Leeds.

We saw some properties with them, and all the time we were visiting the houses, James and his team were really helpful, friendly and professional and we are really happy that the house was finally purchased through them. We certainly recommend them and if at some point we would sell any property, we definitely will contact them as they are a wonderful company.
17th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)I purchased a property through this branch, which couldn't have been easier. Jacqueline was easy to contact and was quick to respond, even after completion. Charlie was absolutely brilliant in securing us a great mortgage rate and also helped us to negotiate a fair price for the property; I would not go anywhere else in the future for mortgage advice.
2nd Sep 2024 (7 days ago)I first used Hunters in 2020 to sell my home and back then they were excellent. 4 years later I instructed them to sell a rental property. All I can say is thanks Jack and team for a consistently brilliant service from valuation through to completion. Should also mention there is no better person than Tracy to manage the day to day in getting the sale over the line. Will not hesitate to use Hunters North Leeds again in the future.

7th Sep 2024 (2 days ago)I have made a couple of enquiries for a rental property and every interaction has been fantastic. It’s a breath of fresh air to call and have really friendly interaction and feel like an individual and not just another number wanting a property. Extra review for Tom and Cyrus, great customer service, really informative and just really nice friendly guys to deal with. Feels like I’ve known them for ages. Really glad I have found this business and have no doubt they will help me find my perfect little home. Thanks guys keep up the great work!!!

Highly recommend.- 3rd Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Really quick to come out and view my property. Gave me great advice about how to price, clear on fees and managed to get viewings and offers very quickly. Some communication issues at the start as the specific agent was on holiday and had to speak to whomever was available led to a slight delay in accepting an offer. But nevertheless still very good and would recommend.
14th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

21st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)We've both bought and sold through Walker Smale in the past few years, and in both transactions it was a really positive experience. Simon helped us through the whole process, gave clear and very well-informed advice from his apparently-encyclopedic understanding of the local area and market, recommended and organised very capable local tradespeople where we needed a few bits and pieces (e.g. cleaning) done, professionally negotiated a fair deal on the price (both in buying and in selling), and then worked very effectively with the respective legal teams to get everything completed. Very highly recommended - and many thanks!

2nd Aug 2022 (2 years ago)It was really easy to arrange a property viewing with Valor Properties. Toni was super helpful and gave us a courtesy call on the morning of the viewing. She arrived early and went above and beyond showing us around, giving us information and allowing us enough time to get a good feel for the properties we were interested in. No hard sell just really genuine and helpful. Looking forward to dealing with Valor again in the future ????

Communication was rapid, with a human touch. The logistics were clearly explained, well-documented and efficiently handled. As “virgins” to letting out property, we were handled gently ???? I would unhesitatingly recommend their Small Is Beautiful approach, especially in comparison to the faceless and careless route taken by some of the bigger, corporate operators.
