30th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Initially I was really happy with the service the Lettings team provided, well actually, just Tony. I negotiated a reduced price for finding tenants thou what I wasnt told at this point is this would result in a very poor after sales service. The final tenant moved in a month ago and I am still waiting for the meter readings for four apartments plus some unsigned documentation, now waiting for a copy of thier complaints procedure. My advice....AVOID if you want a complete professional service.
1st Feb 2024 (8 mo. ago)Alison Whitelegg, was my point of contact from the beginning of the rental process through to completion. I found her to be very prompt, professional and polite. She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and kept me up to date at all times. I would strongly recommend Hunters Worsley to friends and relatives in the future.
29th Sep 2024 (16 days ago)The agents are incredibly helpful and friendly. Renting a flat for the first time can be a daunting and exhausting process, especially for someone like me who is new to the UK. However, this company made the experience much smoother and stress-free.

Our sale had ups and downs but the ladies at Northwood have been very supportive and proactive throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in selling a house through them again . Particular thanks to Rebecca, Lauren and Abbie for all of thei attention .

21st Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)5 stars all day long! I cant begin to express my true thanks to Holly at Entwistle Green, Westhoughton. I contacted Holly for a quick valuation and needed this to be a quick sale, she came out valued my house and sat and listened to me about my personal life (I think I cried too) and still she wasn't phased and took the instruction. From agreeing to the valuation, Holly and her team made what was an extremely stressful sale for personal reasons, a very calming process for me and was with me 100% from instruction to completion. Holly's knowledge, patience and efficiency is way above what you would expect and I cannot ever find enough words to thank her. I would recommend Entwistle Green to anyone but specifically Holly if you are looking to sell your property. They put my rent up 3 x in 18 months by £175 WITHOUT the landlord knowing who is actually disgusted with them herself . Because of this I've handed in my months notice and Northwood are trying every trick in the book not to refund my rent owed and deposit. Do not rent from northwood
31st Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)I have dealt with Chris for almost 10 years, I have bought x3 houses from him and sold x2 with him also. Great service every time. Honest from the get go and works with you to make sure you are making sure you are getting what is required. Always polite to people and even if he bumps in to you in his personal time on the weekend, he will always go out of his way to say hello. Jeanette & Lisa in the office also work wonders in keeping you up to date every step of the way. They all have a great relationship with the local solicitors which always helps for a quick sale. I would go to Chris every time.

They really showed that they were looking out for their client, going the extra mile to ensure that things outside the scope of work but important to their client were taken care of. This, for me, shows the human side of service management. Well done, guys!

The quality of their photos was excellent and from the moment our house went on the market, Arc Homes delivered immediate results, presenting us with two strong offers within just a week. Their dedication didn’t stop there – they were consistently on top of the entire process, assisting with the purchase, keeping us informed every step of the way, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Arc Homes again in the future and would recommend them without any doubt to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient estate agent. It is seriously delayed until it becomes an urgent issue and staff blame you as if you had not reported the issue. I've lived in several rented properties over the past 8 years and it has never been this difficult to carry out repair work as it has been with Harrisons. The property even had windows left open the day I moved in and property was filled with dust, dirt, rubbish. I spent weeks cleaning the property until it was in a liveable condition. I wouldn't recommend this company as a tenant or landlord.
18th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)I wa struggling to sell my property with another estate agents I wasn’t even getting viewers through the door Taylor at the Swinton office obviously had noticed this and personally posted a invitation through my door to see if they could help. I gave them a call Chris came to visit me explained by thr finish and standard of my house this should of sold by now I allowed them to market the property the house went on the market with hills on a Thursday by social media which was great they used videos and improved the pictures by the following Saturday Chris did a group viewing I received an offer well over the asking price which we accepted yes they sold the house within 3 days whereas it had been on the market with previous estate agent 6 weeks from start to finish couldn’t fault Chris, Taylor and the team
