I'm so glad I opted for the good state agent instead of a larger high street agent, I really felt that the 'personal touch' made a difference.

She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and kept me up to date at all times. I would strongly recommend Hunters Worsley to friends and relatives in the future.
28th Aug 2024 (19 days ago)Fake reviews of this corporation they charged me in a rental property they was managing for blocked drains they contrived in their business, violation of privacy of their staff doing housing checks when you are not present and are reluctant to give you a SAR when requested.

Our sale had ups and downs but the ladies at Northwood have been very supportive and proactive throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in selling a house through them again . Particular thanks to Rebecca, Lauren and Abbie for all of thei attention .

21st Aug 2024 (26 days ago)5 stars all day long! I cant begin to express my true thanks to Holly at Entwistle Green, Westhoughton. I contacted Holly for a quick valuation and needed this to be a quick sale, she came out valued my house and sat and listened to me about my personal life (I think I cried too) and still she wasn't phased and took the instruction. From agreeing to the valuation, Holly and her team made what was an extremely stressful sale for personal reasons, a very calming process for me and was with me 100% from instruction to completion. Holly's knowledge, patience and efficiency is way above what you would expect and I cannot ever find enough words to thank her. I would recommend Entwistle Green to anyone but specifically Holly if you are looking to sell your property. 18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Everyone I spoke to was professional, supportive and understanding. Photography and videos were great, and we sold within a weekend! Thanks again to everyone at Smoothmove ????
13th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
23rd Aug 2024 (24 days ago)We had a great experience with Highams Estate Agents! Chelsea was super helpful and always on hand whenever we needed anything. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and as stress-free as possible. One sour note is that we moved in to the house 6 weeks ago and they still haven't moved the 'For sale' sign - Chelsea has just stopped responding to me now which is a little disappointing.
1st Jun 2024 (15 weeks ago)Lauren and Kieran have been fantastic throughout the whole sale. The accuracy of there evaluation and marketing made this a very easy for the property to sell. In less than 48hrs from going online to accepting an offer. Communication was excellent and Lauren kept in touch with every update made. I would highly recommend Balmer & Co for the buying / selling of your property.
5th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
