Natasha also went the extra mile she collected import documents that our solicitor needed from my home and returned them to me so we were able to complete on the sale of our property. They marketed the property at a good price and it was sold within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.

Toby and the team take care of everything for my rental properties with great communication and proactive management from finding tenants to handling maintenance issues. They're responsive, professional, and make my job as a landlord so much easier. Highly recommended!

There was a hitch with a prospective buyer placing an offer which we accepted but unknown to us they were unsure about the process and turned out to be a time waster. I think DJ should have validated the offer more effectively.
9th Jan 2025 (10 weeks ago)We have just completed a house sale with Helen from Elite and couldn't be happier with the service we received throughout the process. Helen dealt with it as a 'discreet listing', bringing us buyers who would not normally have considered our area. Any estate agent can put a house on rightmove, and at the right price in the right area, it will sell. But it is the aftersale process that is most important and that is where Helen excels. She is very proactive in chasing solicitors and liaising between seller and purchaser which helps significantly with the stress of the whole process. We won't use anyone else in future.
31st Oct 2024 (20 weeks ago)Great service from all at West Bridgford Charlene kept me informed of all development's all the way to the completion and we managed to get completed just before my deadline , which was just before the chancellor got involved so that was great !! Definitely use them again
27th Oct 2024 (20 weeks ago)From the get-go, fantastic communication. From confirmation emails and calls, to extremely helpful staff, they kept me posted every step of the way. Had a look at a lovely flat, and was shown the property by Sarah, who was both professional and also friendly, making a lot of other letting agents look like amateurs by comparison. Kept the communication direct and simple in informing me what I needed to do next in the application, can't praise Marriotts enough!

The team at Bingham are fantastic, Jonathan, Mel and Sharron were brilliant they kept us up to date all the way through the process and knew, at hand the state of play when ever i called. Nothing was to much trouble, super fast at getting our house to market and equally when it came to gathering feedback from potential buyers. I would highly recommend using Hammond's.

18th Mar 2024 (11 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The management of the advertising and the sale process has been exceptional. Thanks are owed to Graham for the valuation and Zack for assisting us with everything needed.

18th Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

3rd Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)I've been a tenant under the Comfort Estates letting team for a month now and from the short amount of time I've spent with the team, I've experienced nothing but professional, friendly and speedy customer service. Hannah, our building manager has been wonderful and made us feel very welcomed and has helped us with any information or troubles and has made sure any issues have been fixed within the next day! Furthermore, the maintenance team have been extremely helpful. We had a plumbing issue when moving in (by no fault of Comfort Estates) and they were able to fix the issue very quickly and were very understanding. I cannot express enough how amazing the team have been with us, compared to other agents and landlords we have met / used. Thank you Comfort!
