The process was well handled and where we had queries directed to the seller the team were quick to enquire and pass on information which smoothed the process significantly. We were buying a property that they had on the market and were unfortunately dealing with some less than supportive solicitors. Mel was amazing throughout and helped guide us through a very stressful process and helped us feel like our voices were heard. If it hadn't have been for the team at Hammond Properties, we likely would not have been able to move into our home before Christmas. A massive thank you to Mel and the team at Hammond Properties for their help in buying our first home.

On all occasions they have been friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, with all questions answered clearly and in a very timely manner. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Lettings to anyone looking for a first class, professional letting agent.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
