They are simply the best in this division. Elliot handled my sale from start to finish. He was a true Gent!

The rental team (Karen and Rachel) have helped market our rental property and always found great tenants who have cared for the property. More recently, the sales team (Laura, Frances, Jill and Ben) have been equally impressive, with the sale of the property handled efficiently and professionally. We have found the team at Mark Rice to be respectful, polite and genuinely good at their jobs. We can highly recommend!

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.
19th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell
21st Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Very quickly found 3 viewings and the second one resulted in a buyer. These people were first time buyers and they were helped in getting their mortgage. From the viewing to the acceptance of their final offer took one hour - amazing.

Hazel in particular was brilliant, always happy to answer questions and kept me informed of updates on a regular basis. I would highly recommend Middletons Estate Agents, would not hesitate to use them again.

Alfie was consistently our point of contact throughout; despite the fact that he mentioned that he was new to the job, he was always friendly and helpful with great communication skills. Also had some contact with Michelle who was also very professional. From the very first viewing right through to checking in that we’d moved in safely, he’s been absolutely brilliant. We never forgot how capable, calm and supportive she was throughout that process, so when the time came to sell, she was the natural choice to represent us. From the moment Melissa took over the sale, the experience was seamless. She went above and beyond at every stage, always being available, doing exactly what she said she would do, and even negotiating on our behalf while on annual leave. The whole team works very well together and rallies round to sort any queries, but most of our dealings were with Emily and Tina who were both excellent throughout the whole process.

22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.
18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

7th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Every person that works in the office is extremely helpful and professional they are very reassuring and have extensive knowledge regarding the local market, we are so happy we chose Oliver Reilly and I love that he is also involved in the process it makes you feel like a valued customer when the main person at the company is also hands on in the process They are a warm welcoming office and it doesn’t matter how large or small your sale/buy is, they give 100% and it really is appreciated! Cannot fault them at all!
