21st Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Still haven’t heard from nick or Darlyne regarding my invoice due from the 5th of April. I have been emailing, ringing and no communication and when I do speak to someone it’s always just an excuse or they will say they will sort it today. Then nothing happens. I can’t believe how unprofessional and how hard it is to communicate or pay a simple invoice that was sent weeks ago. They have the deposit from the old tenant who is paying for the clean I carried out for them. I went out my way to help them and this is what I get in return…. I want paying my money I’m owed. You have my number and email address!! Thanks Sophie

Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%

Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly, from the salesperson who showed us round the house in the first place, to the maintenance team and the accounts team, and to the sales team who handled the sale of the property when our landlord decided to sell. We felt that everyone at Cavendish had our interests at heart as well as our landlord's - any issues with the property were dealt with promptly and in line with our needs. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Jason Swift the Manager dealt with issues very professionally and always informed us every step of the way, even if it wasn’t good news. He even went out his way to contact us outside of working hours to rectify or chase up information to get complete our application. I would highly recommend his services and have no doubt to work with WH Brown (Jason Swift) again. Thank you so much

She was brilliant, we had to jump through quite a few hoops together and she was incredibly helpful with any issues we faced! It was a long process but she was with me through every step!

27th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Very bad service possibly scamming and collecting data, Tried to let a property from this company and they made me do a credit check and upload a FULL CREDIT REPORT before I can get a viewing. Apparently the property is no longer available after they got my details. They offered no alternative and was happy for me to go away after collecting all my data and credit report. So where is my data being sold!! In my opinion that’s illegal data protection breach, will take it further.

I would highly recommend him!

We booked an appointment to view a property at 6 p.m. They called us at 3 p.m. to make sure we were still going. I confirmed we were and we set off in time and reached the property several minutes before 6 . They hadn't bothered to turn up by 6.20 so we gave up waiting and came back home. I have had no call or apology from them. Absolute waste of time. Use another estate agent !
23rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)During the last 6 years, I've moved 7 times on account of my job and without reservation, the experience I have had with Ewemove has been the best I've ever had so far. I would like to especially mention Amy-Louise Richardson, who personally looked after me and my wife throughout our tenancy. She not only has excellent knowledge about the properties that she shows people and the localities where they are but unlike other agencies, she doesn't hand you over to a colleagues and personally looks after you throughout. In Amy, we found a friend and I will forever remain grateful for all the help she has provided and I am sad to be leaving the property I was in. All the best for all of your hard work.
17th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID
