I'm sure she will be missed by the team but I'm also sure she will do well in her chosen career. Good luck Brogan.

Because; I always dealt with the one person who knew - exactly what was going on - at all times. Very helpful. Good communications, and Not expensive. They found us abuyer, and got the Sale completed as quickly as was possible. Just Brilliant. What more could you ask for ?

Most courteous of people who kept me up to date with everything with the progress of the sale. Highly recommend Matthew Nicholas for buying or selling a property
29th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)Despicable company throughout. Even sent us a solicitors letter threatening court action if we did not remove an honest Google review. Took our complaints about the way they operate to the property ombudsman who agreed most of our issues and awarded compensation.
31st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

I don't want this review to be percieved as so glowing that it sounds fake, but honestly... Teresa and Richard COULD NOT have been more supportive to my partner and I, throughout what was a complex and tricky sale period. There were many external factors, hurdles and unlucky moments along the way, all part of a normal house move I guess. But even at their very busiest times they managed to somehow strike the perfect balance between being professional & efficient, yet remained friendly, attentive always took the time to explain everything to us in words we could understand. Nothing was too much trouble! From Richard liaising regularly with our solicitor, to Teresa coaching us through the mortgage process, to their secretary even collecting the keys to our new house for us (which didn't even involve them!). I didn't think that estate agents like this existed, but they do, and they make "going the extra mile" seem like just a regular thing. Exceptional service in the truest sense of the word. All of our questions were answered and promptly, no question was ever too much trouble. James was always there for us whenever we needed him which helped and reassured us a lot. He was consistently 100% from start to finish. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was). The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. Paul couldn’t have acted any better throughout. Could not recommend Paul enough.

Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them. They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light. Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer. I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home. Thank you Mike and Gino from Homesale for going the extra mile for us, and supporting us every step of the way.
