29th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)On first impressions came across as confident of a very quick sale. Then once this didn’t happen started asking me to reduce the property by £10k increments on a fortnightly basis (you gave the price recommendation) I was dropped like a stone and passed over to the office junior - no weekly calls as I had requested and virtually no feedback from very few viewings - if any, I had to chase !! Once I could get out of the contract I even had to call them to get my property removed from right move !! Talk the talk but dont follow through on what they say they can offer. Don’t waste your time or money !!

9th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I started to rent with Belvoir in Wellingborough at the start of January 2024. Helen and Anna were very helpful at quite a stressful time. So far, I'm a happy tenant! They are way better than 99% of letting agents I've worked with in the last 18 years.

They couldn't have done more for us and they were there every step of the way that we needed them. I will be recommending to everyone to utilise the Wonder Team at Richard James! Moreover, April Marks was a godsend. Friendly, proactive and extremely intelligent. She is the best person in estate agency I've come across.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. 31st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

All of our questions were answered and promptly, no question was ever too much trouble. James was always there for us whenever we needed him which helped and reassured us a lot.
