7th Dec 2024 (6 mo. ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

I'd like to especially thank Theo who worked diligently throughout the process to keep me informed and answer any questions I had. I got responses almost instantly and I am so grateful for the patience and kindness he showed throughout the process, as it was a first time purchase. Everything went smoothly and the purchase was complete in a matter of weeks due to brown & co's help.

8th Jul 2024 (11 mo. ago)Money Properties were actually my sellers agent, but as their service was so good (Tracey in particular) I thought it worthwhile to write a review. From first contact all the way through to completion, Tracey worked hard for me to enable my dream of buying my house very close to my elderly parents. She was professional and always friendly and approachable in what was a relatively quick buying process but with quite a long chain behind me so was quote stressful. She always ensured I was kept in the loop and really pushed hard to get to exchange and completion with a short deadline. I can't recommend her and Money Properties enough and should I ever look to be selling my house in Wymondham or if anyone asks me who to recommend, it will be them.

13th Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)Used Mills Knight for a flat, really good service from start to finish. Had a couple of small issues upon moving in (electricity was in debt for example) but Mills Knight were great with rectifying any issues of this nature. I then got a new job and needed to leave Norwich and Mills Knight could not have been more hospitable and helpful. I would highly recommend Mills Knight. Special mention for Charlie and Rebecca who have been excellent throughout the process. Thank you.

After every viewing I received feedback. Upon receiving an offer, they have moved quickly to get the sale process started. Every member of the team have been very helpful.

Very professional and knowledgeable,he got us more than the advertised price of the property, without any pressure at all. In every aspect from start to finish of the sale, he easily got a 10 out of 10 from us, a really easy guy to work with.

Very pleased with the service following the first appointment to provide a valuation and then throughout the journey to secure a buyer. The app which provides insight on booked appointments and feedback was incredibly useful and allowed me to understand the views or prospective buyers swiftly post viewing. Delighted to have received multiple offers above asking price and the support from the post sales team (Charly) was spot on.
