Thomas helped us secure a mortgage and guided us through our options, insurance policies and general advice. He was so professional, friendly and even when we rushed him, he took it in his stride and put our needs first!! Kelly and Lincoln assisted with finding a property and helped us along the way when we needed guidance on concerns we had with the property and helped to get that resolved. Would definitely recommend!

14th Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)The time for selling property was not good. Barton Fleming did as much as they could to sell our home. I had complete faith in them but if you don’t get the buyers you don’t sell to sell your house. After a reduction in our property and a decrease in the mortgage rate, our home was sold.

She regularly checked it with us and always helped where she could. I would highly recommend them and would use them for any future house sales. Thank you for all your help.

Every aspect of my house sale and purchase has had 5* service from all members of staff. I am so glad I chose Liam and the staff to represent me as it has made the process a lot easier and less stressful knowing I had the support of such a great team.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

11th Sep 2024 (5 days ago)Amy was exceptionally supportive in helping us secure the right tenant for our property. The property is located within a very close-knit neighbourhood so ensuring the incoming tenant would be welcomed and enrich the existing community was very important to us. Previously the property was owner occupied hence it did not adhere to some of the new regulations and Amy was invaluable in guiding us through these regulations and securing the best contractors to address the problems in a timely manner. In addition the incoming tenant requested some minor improvements to the property and again Amy managed to secured the best contractor in a short time frame (over August no less!) and the works were undertaken to a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend her services to anyone looking to let locally.

Mark was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of selling my old home and buying my new home. He was the agent for both properties and was masterful at navigating our way through what was at times a turbulent process due to complexities at the very bottom of the chain. He was professional and calm and kept me appraised of all the facts immediately. He was the driving force behind moving the process forward and getting it over the line. He took the stress out of what can be one of life’s most stressful experiences. I highly recommend Mark and if I ever sell my new home, I’ll be giving him a call.

Although we don’t plan to move for a very long time, having found our brilliant new home, we would certainly use them in the future.
1st Sep 2024 (15 days ago)Recently I had rent a property from Alexander & Co . I was really nice experience . Staff members are very nice and always welcoming . "Jack dicey" is very nice person . I was searching a property to rent in Bicester and I went to Alexander office so many times for asking very small- small things . Sometimes, I was thinking jack will be getting angry on me ??????. But ,I glad he didn't ??.. Phillip , Abbie and merry also very nice people . Staff is very helpful and they always smiling .

Even so, we were completely blown away by the high standard of service, support and advice we received throughout the process of selling our home. The current system for buying & selling homes in the UK is out dated and simply put it increases the stress and worry for sellers and buyers alike. Round & Jackson are a local, independent team who really understand this, they are passionate and dedicated to provide support throughout the process and actively strive to reduce stress and worries. Putting our property on the market was sleek, we were invited to input and were given constructive advice on every aspect. When receiving our draft details, we were delighted to see that the marketing not only gave an accurate representation of our property but also, they were written and presented uniquely to our property. Viewings were carried out with the upmost professionalism with the whole team committed to ensure that potential buyers could view at their convenience with timely feedback sought after every viewing. We have sold our property at a time when the property market is incredibly busy, however Round & Jackson were still able to ensure that the sale went through as timely as possible, having a clear handle at all times on exactly what stage in the process we were at and that we were kept updated. No query or question was ever too much trouble for them to answer and they were incredibly approachable and proactive in ensuring that the process was as straightforward as it could be for both us and the buyers of our property. Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.
