29th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)Picked up the keys to my son’s new house yesterday from Amy Woolley, we could not of been more impressed with how she dealt with us, seriously if I could give her 10 stars I would ?????? My son had a long wish list for his first step on the property ladder and knew he might have to compromise to find something in his budget . Amy lined up several properties to view on the same day and was extremely professional and patient. He then made an offer on his favourite one . Amy explained the purchase process step by step and kept in contact throughout . I would have no hesitation recommending Williams estate to anyone looking to Buy, sell or rent . Stephen cox

I had complete faith in them but if you don’t get the buyers you don’t sell to sell your house. After a reduction in our property and a decrease in the mortgage rate, our home was sold.

2nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)One of the most professional and reliable lettings agents I’ve ever rented from! Everyone working on the lettings side have always been friendly and efficient throughout my tenancy. The amount of care that they’ve exhibited as a lettings agent has been truly outstanding and I genuinely appreciate it. Queries/problems (albeit minimal!) have always been dealt with efficiently. If you’re thinking about renting a property with Davies and Partners, don’t think twice, they’ll get snapped up quick. Circumstances have changes for me but if I needed to find a home again, I wouldn’t rent from anybody else!
13th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been a tenant in an Hancock and Partners flat for 4 years now. In that time I have them and contractors enter the flat without the OK to do so. I have multiple late/missed appointments and inspections with no heads up of the cancellations - the latest cancellation happening because the staff members electric car wasn’t charged up. Building internal and external maintenance issues are hardly ever fixed, and if they are it takes an absolute age. And lastly, the staff are extremely rude and patronising. If you are looking to rent in Chichester and surrounding area, I urge you to stay away from this agency. As an example of how this company acts - our roof began to leak in the winter, with the water sparking the electrics in the ceiling, coming through the fire alarm fixtures and entering our property. Hancocks reply to our landlord regarding the situation was ‘tell them to stick a bucket under the leak and get on with it’. There has been numerous example of malpractice, but this is just one in a long line of them.

From the very start of our sale process, it was clear that Martyn and the whole team at Breckon & Breckon are dedicated professionals, all of whom are extremely experienced, competent, easy to work with and reliable. Martyn's regular communication and guidance was impeccable, and when we ran into challenges, he was always on board to support us and demonstrate flexibility and true service. Their network of buyers meant we received consistent, viable queries and we agreed to a sale on our property within 2 months, certainly an indication of Martyn and the team's commitment to their clients' needs. We cannot recommend Breckon & Breckon Woodstock more for all sale, purchase and lettings processes. Huge thanks to the whole team.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.

Our house sale was a little more difficult, due to selling while tenanted. Thanks to Laura’s patience, kindness, flexibility and communication skills we secured a sale which I do not believe we would have done with another estate agency.
