From the moment I met Aimee, she instantly understood what I was looking for in a home and was able to show me exactly the right house for my family. She even suggested a property I was hesitant to view, but she knew I’d fall in love with it, and she was right.<br><br>During the completion process I worked with Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us progress our sale through a chain of five parties and four properties. She worked tirelessly, and honestly I don’t think we could have completed without her.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team.
4th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Used another estate agents in Bicester before using Thomas Merrifield but did'nt feel that they were doing much for us. Changed to Thomas Merrifield and the difference was amazing. John and Sharon who we dealt with the most were great, really knowledgable of the area, the valuation of the house and advising us all the way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent. Overall, very pleased.

6th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I have just completed on my new property bought through Barton Fleming in Bicester. From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had. I feel it was nice to work with a local independent company and to support local trade. 5 stars from me all round. Thank you Colin,Terry and your team. Many thanks
5th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)We were very impressed with Davis Tate. We looked at many properties in the area around Wantage to rent and found Davis Tate to be very helpful, professional and friendly. Dominic was really great with us as we didn't know the area very well at all. Suzie very helpful when finalising the rental agreement. I would recommend Davis Tate.

Kelly and Alannah answered all my questions and kept me informed and up to date throughout the sale of my property.<br>Thanks also to Michelle who secured me a great mortgage deal.
16th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Connells has given the best and most effective service to sell our house after 9.5 years. We switched from another estate agent that struggled and ignored us but not Connells in Bicester. In particular Kevin the manager took his time to understand our goals and provided us with the premium marketing which included a virtual walk through of our property like Google streets inside our house.<br><br>The rest of the team including Lydia Polly and Chelsea always provided us with wonderful service during the house viewings and we finally sold after only 2 months on the market. I highly recommend connells and thank them sincerely. Now our new life begins in a sunnier place.

James sold us our house 10 years ago and after talking to a few agents, we knew Cridlands were the right people to manage our sale. Despite a bit of a difficult and frustrating market, James kept us sane with good advice on the state of the market, recommendations for strategy and when we needed to be realistic on price.<br><br>His experience and skill were very valuable in helping us manage the process from accepting an offer to completion -his regular communications with (and chasing of) all parties smoothed the process and kept things moving. Given we were selling an old listed property there were inevitably queries and James helped us, and other parties, navigate and work through these in a pragmatic way and focus on those that were actually of concern to the buyer.<br><br>James and the team are a pleasure to deal with and we have had some very entertaining discussions along the way, thank you Cridland and Co!

It has been a challenging task but the team never let go of the job and eventually it paid off. Also Nicky arranged a private sale of a cottage in the Village that will suit our needs very well. Our thanks to Nicky and her team for a job well done.

We were promised a video viewing of the property by a member of staff, but no one bothered to inform us that it would not be happening until we called ourselves to ask. This caused us a great deal of inconvenience.<br><br>What makes the experience even worse is that they have not come back to us today or even replied to our email. There has been no communication, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the situation.<br><br>Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend them based on our experience.

28th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)We had such a great experience with Ewemove Leighton Buzzard!<br>From the beginning, we were impressed that they’d don their research and presented it in a nice, easily digestible booklet for us to read. They came and took some very professional looking pictures of our house and we were on the market within 5 days of the initial meeting. Communication was fantastic with regular feedback on viewings and the team were always reachable if we had a question or were after some advice. All of their hard work resulted in a sale (STC) in just 18 days!<br>We can’t thank the team from Ewemove Leighton Buzzard enough and would highly recommend to anybody looking to sell in the area!

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. This made it so easy to contact them at any time making it a lot less stressful. 5* service from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and support

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
18th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had a great experience buying our first home in Bicester through Hunters.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we honestly did not know much about the process at the beginning, but Rachel, Jenny and Phil were incredibly helpful throughout. They supported us from the first viewing all the way to completion, and even afterwards with various follow-up matters.<br><br>It was a chain of four parties, but we still managed to complete in around 10 weeks from offer to completion. This would not have been possible without their dedicated help, timely and clear communication, as well as professional support.<br><br>A big thank you to the Hunters Bicester team. Highly recommended!
