They answered all our questions and helped us solve problems in order to successfully send in an application, and continued helping us with any inquiries we had about contracts. The viewing was amazingly helpful as well, as Charlie answered all of our questions and helped us feel more at ease.

Michelle has gone above and beyond what I would have expected. I would recommend to absolutely anyone. 2nd Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)It was a pleasure dealing with the two Richards as Directors of Chamberlain Evans. One of the benefits of a small local estate agent is in fact dealing with the directors for all important matters. I was selling in Rose Hill (or Iffley Borders as estate agents call it). They had a good pricing strategy and got me an excellent price above expectations. They were also patient and straightforward and helpful to deal with throughout. I've experienced another major local agency locally who were clearly more focused on obtaining a quick sale and commission - at the cost of trying to bully me to accept a low offer. Avoid the big commercial agencies if you want a good personal service and care about your home and its sale.

Our house sale wasn't as straight forward as some but Amelies worked tirelessly to ensure it went through as quickly and smoothly as possible. They were professional, friendly and efficient throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

Initially, we were struggling to find somewhere to live in Oxford and our experiences with other letting agencies was stressful to say the least. Rosie was the first lettings negotiator we dealt with that was empathetic to our struggles. Rather than pressuring us into making an immediate decision, we were given time to consider making an offer, and Rosie and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. We highly recommend renting with Savills (and Rosie in particular) if you're looking for somewhere to live in Oxford.

He always answered our calls and emails promptly, and the depth of his experience and knowledge of the Oxford housing market was reassuring. We were particularly impressed with his terrier-like determination to get the sale through once we had a proceed-able offer on the table, regularly checking in with our buyer, solicitors and ourselves.
15th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)We have just let our property with Knight & Knoxley. Luke was exceptional in his role to help us. He got the ball rolling straight away and a tenant was found immediately. Luke was extremely good at communicating back and forth with us and the tenant. He was efficient and responsive. He always answered our questions, set up meetings and gave us good advice. I would definitely recommend Luke and the company to others.

22nd Jan 2025 (17 weeks ago)Hunters provide a good service for tenants, they have been professional and quick to answer any questions that I have had regarding details with the property. They have also been quick to deal with issues with the property and have sent someone round to sort the issue within a couple of days. I would reccomend Hunters to other students who are looking for places to stay, whilst they are studying.

13th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Hathaways took over management of our Oxford property in April this year, and so far have been a breath of fresh air - it's great to be working again with a family concern, and to feel that they care about us and our tenants. The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
4th Feb 2025 (15 weeks ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C
