She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . I do hope all your agents across the country are as wonderful as Katie. Thank you very much Katie you’re a star ??

He was friendly, knowledgeable about the local area and checked in throughout the process to keep us informed. Can’t recommend Ballards and especially Charlie more. The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout, from first meeting Nick to view the property to liaising with Karli and Sally during the purchase. Their knowledge and support made the process much easier for us. A fantastic company to deal with and one I would highly recommend.

They went out of their way to find us a property, assisted us throughout the transaction and helped us complete on our new home! Could not be happier and highly recommend them and the Connells team! She made the experience as stress-free as it could be and was extremely helpful when I was struggling to understand the process. She was friendly and easy to contact, always with quick responses to any issues that needed to be solved on my end. The information she provided was always accurate and she really went the extra mile to help push the referring process through in a tight deadline, which was greatly appreciated. I would really recommend Allen & Harris to anyone looking to rent in Oxford.

12th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Amelies did a thoroughly good job selling my mother's house. They found a buyer within a fortnight while a previous estate agent had taken 4 months to get nowhere. They were always politely available to communicate with and it all went very smoothly. A good house selling experience all round.
7th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available. James is very knowledgeable where it matters and worked tirelessly in supporting both the house sale and purchase, and I felt that he really went above and beyond in providing a great service and doesn't seem to switch off by providing updates whilst in Mexico. James Gesner Estate Agency will certainly be first on my list for any House sales/Letting.

21st Mar 2026 (5 days ago)We called twice and on each occasion left a message so that the responsible person or team could get in touch regarding a property valuation. On both occasions call-backs were promised but never happened. It seems they can afford to turn away potential clients and business. We will now use other agents.
18th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Dreadful experience from start to finish with Stuart Burtenshaw. Firstly his arrogant aura came across as mocking the way my parents lived when he came to view the property for a probate valuation. I didn't want to put the house on the market because of this but one of my siblings thought that seeing as they knew George Rockall all would be ok - how wrong could they have been...... Stuart Burtenshaw is the most arrogant, rude, unempathetic, person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. He made mistakes throughout the process, he was pushy to except an offer of £70K less than the asking price when our property had only been on the market for less than 8 weeks....needless to say we did not accept it. When he asked which solicitors we used and then advised that they used Lightfoots regularly, which in turn led us to believe he understood their processes, again how wrong could I be.... the actual completion day was an absolute horrendous and very upsetting day, we were advised by our solicitors not to hand over the keys until the solicitors had called us to advise they had received the monies, we received this call at 1pm on the day of completion, followed by a very nasty & pushy call from Stuart Burtenshaw at 1.05pm asking when we could drop the keys in when I said 30 minutes I was told that was totally unacceptable and he demanded to know how long it would be as the new owners had been at the estate agents at 10am...... This we thought was not our problem and Stuart should have known Lightfoots proceedures, and dealt with it accordingly, I asked for 10 minutes, instead he suggested that he just send them down to our house, next thing 5 vans and 2 cars arrived and new owners wanted to come in..... We had no time to say goodbye to our family home of 61 years......... Bitterly disappointed doesn't cover it, my advice would be DO NOT use White Lion to sell a property and if you have to then avoid Stuart Burtenshaw at all cost.

From the initial valuation, speedy marketing, prompt arrangement of viewings and remarkably quick offer of the asking price, the whole process was swift, professional and efficient. We highly recommend Cherry Picked. Their team were a pleasure to work with.
31st Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Inhouse operate as a team of friendly, experienced and knowledgeable agents. I think they overvalued the property to start with, but we got there in the end. The sale has not yet completed, so fingers crossed it goes through.
