It was a pleasure to deal the whole team. House was on the market for less than a week and we had an agreed sale price. If you are buying or selling they are the team to work with!

Charlie was warm and professional from the start, and kept the sale on the rails at times when it looked like it might fall off. They were very diligent in ensuring that many and different potential buyers saw our property ensuring we got the best offer we could. They were also very helpful in helping us find a property in the area we were keen to be in. This was no easy task and we're really grateful they were able to find us somewhere. Our house sale wasn't as straight forward as some but Amelies worked tirelessly to ensure it went through as quickly and smoothly as possible. They were professional, friendly and efficient throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

7th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available. James is very knowledgeable where it matters and worked tirelessly in supporting both the house sale and purchase, and I felt that he really went above and beyond in providing a great service and doesn't seem to switch off by providing updates whilst in Mexico. James Gesner Estate Agency will certainly be first on my list for any House sales/Letting.

Initially, we were struggling to find somewhere to live in Oxford and our experiences with other letting agencies was stressful to say the least. Rosie was the first lettings negotiator we dealt with that was empathetic to our struggles. Rather than pressuring us into making an immediate decision, we were given time to consider making an offer, and Rosie and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. We highly recommend renting with Savills (and Rosie in particular) if you're looking for somewhere to live in Oxford.

1st Apr 2025 (19 days ago)This is a modern day racket! Shockingly obvious attempt to undervalue our property for personal gain. The valuation provided with all kinds of scare tactics was 40% less than we ultimately sold for. Please do not fall for it!!

14th Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)Strongly recommend the team at TM Wallingford led by Craig Kirkman. No nonsense, down to earth and experienced approach leveraging broad local market knowledge. Action oriented, they get on with the job and set realistic goals based on market insight. Sold our property in Dorchester on Thames successfully in a timely manner. They may not be the least expensive option in the area but you get what you pay for.

7th Apr 2025 (13 days ago)James has gone above and beyond for us, he’s always been kind and attentive. My initial sale fell through which was very disappointing, James immediately arranged from the flat to be re-marketed and found a new buyer straight away. There was a Sales Manager called Timothy who I dealt with on a few occasions and found very rude and patronising, luckily he has since moved on. I really appreciate all of James’ help and would recommend chancellors thame to others.
