8th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)I was purchasing through Reaston Brown and found them extremely personable. Their communication was excellent and the team felt caring and considerate which made the process, which unfortunately ended in my purchaser pulling out late in the process, a lot less traumatic with the helpful and friendly Sally helping her seller and ourselves through the process. I certainly hope we can purchase through them. And if i lived in the area i would not hesitate to engage them to sell my property - i would feel safe in their hands.

Refreshingly helpful from an estate agent as some don't bother particularly when there is a healthy market.- 5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)Jack was a pleasure to work with. Highly communicative, understanding and patient. On the ball, which meant any handovers or transactions were completed smoothly. If you are a first time buyer I would highly recommend you request to connect to jack. And if the rest of the team are as skilled you will be in amazing hands. We also cannot thank Oliver enough who was able to hit the nail on the head with our property goals without any lag, meaning we did not miss out on any available market oppurtunities. They have effiecent systems for logging issues, and they have always been swift, courteous and fully considerate of the Tennant. I thought I'd leave a (unrequested!) Google review just to help recognise them, especially this branch. Thank you for being outstanding=)

She instructed a professional photographer to take photos of my home and the results were outstanding. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Jess and Corinne were a delight to deal with and dealt with all queries from me efficiently. She supported me through the whole process. My house sold in just over 8 weeks as it was the height of summer. I received under the asking price but I was very happy with the final sale price. I went with Truemans solicitor and because they were referred to me by Amelie’s. They are excellent and very competitively priced. On the day I said my final goodbye to my home, Jess turned up with a beautiful bag of goodies from bubbly to chocolate which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend Amelie’s for your next house sale.

He helped with multiple viewings and answered all my queries regarding the property and clarified the rental processes to me clearly. When I decided to leave the property, Filipe contacted me in advance regarding potential new tenants viewings and took all my requests into consideration. Filipe has a friendly and approachable manner, in addition to being professional at all times.
21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Pretty incompetent and very low professionality level...went to see a couple of houses with them, never called back to say the result of my application (I just saw the houses I applied for being taken out of the rightmove website). I tried to book other visits either through their website or by leaving a message over the phone, never returned...also, some of the houses I was interested in were already taken, but they leave the ads on the internet the same...just avoid them

Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.

James imparticular went above and beyond to sort out two very messy and twice broken chains that we were a part of. After almost two, very frustrating years we finally moved and James was with us every step of the way. It was a pleasure to deal with him and Turner’s.
9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)David and his team sold our house in Cholsey this year. They were absolutely amazing. We had a fixed objective and they never tried to change our mind or put any pressure, their advise was always impartial, their professionalism spotless. They had to deal with some difficult customers and helped to reach the best possible agreement once they found the right buyers. They are personable, warm, honest and have been always responsive when needed even during odd hours!! They also recommended the lawyers who were very very good. I cannot thank them enough. Thomas Merrifield in Wallingford is indeed a fantastic choice as estate agent.
