6th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

10th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Mark David do not follow The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice. Read the contract carefully especially with respect to payment of fees on termination and the length of the tail. I was also unhappy with the handling of my property sale which is why I ended up engaging another agent who were successful.

12th Sep 2018 (5 years ago)Have rented premium properties >3K in North Oxford and the area for many years, using multiple agencies. This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.
11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)The flat we are renting is riddled with black mould and damp and Breckon have taken over a year to take action, incredibly slow service and they are now refusing to help us. Completely incompetent

8th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Positive: Professional and quick to respond to any communication. Nice photography and pleasant, personal service. Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.

21st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Only sales method was drop the price 3 times £25K each time eventually found some one to buy but could not close the deal. I offered them the oportunity to work with another agent but personal issues got in the way. Finaly rid of them and hopefully moving forward with our new agent
26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Friendly and excellent service. After 15 months of my property being on the market with other agents, I moved to William Jones Godard: I have no regrets -- within a month they found a buyer and the sale has now completed. Very, very happy with this result.

Our house sale was a little more difficult, due to selling while tenanted. Thanks to Laura’s patience, kindness, flexibility and communication skills we secured a sale which I do not believe we would have done with another estate agency.
