6th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

12th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Mark David do NOT follow The Property Ombudsman Code. They submitted a Dual Fees invoice despite not making an Effective Introduction and not providing a viewings list. Within 35 minutes of querying the invoice, MD threatened court. Their contract contained no reference to The Property Ombudsman Code despite the logo being on their website etc. Learnings: i. TPO must take precedence in the contract; ii. MD will refuse to address queries and will quickly resort to court.
12th Sep 2018 (5 years ago)Have rented premium properties >3K in North Oxford and the area for many years, using multiple agencies. This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.
11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)The flat we are renting is riddled with black mould and damp and Breckon have taken over a year to take action, incredibly slow service and they are now refusing to help us. Completely incompetent
8th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)Positive: Professional and quick to respond to any communication. Nice photography and pleasant, personal service. Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.

28th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)We engaged with Hunters to sell our house. It was a bit of a roller coaster but Jenny and the team were on the ball and handled every stage in a professional manner. Jenny kept in contact explaining each process and although we were working to deadlines for the buyers, she was always calm and cheerful. With a proactive approach from the team, it was a pleasure dealing with Hunters and will highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. June and Mick
21st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Only sales method was drop the price 3 times £25K each time eventually found some one to buy but could not close the deal. I offered them the oportunity to work with another agent but personal issues got in the way. Finaly rid of them and hopefully moving forward with our new agent
