6th Feb 2021 (4 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

We all feel fees are high but, house selling is stressful and the team worked hard to find the right buyers. Once found, they managed the chain and kept in regular contact throughout. A great team and a well managed experience. Highly recommended.

12th Sep 2018 (6 years ago)Have rented premium properties >3K in North Oxford and the area for many years, using multiple agencies. This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.

Attentive and brilliant service from Alfie in the Chipping Norton office, nothing is too much trouble. Tenants also said what a great experience they had with King & Woolley too which is important to us. Would highly recommend.
