Such a good team, well done girls. I would happily recommend you.
29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Picked up the keys to my son’s new house yesterday from Amy Woolley, we could not of been more impressed with how she dealt with us, seriously if I could give her 10 stars I would ?????? My son had a long wish list for his first step on the property ladder and knew he might have to compromise to find something in his budget . Amy lined up several properties to view on the same day and was extremely professional and patient. He then made an offer on his favourite one . Amy explained the purchase process step by step and kept in contact throughout . I would have no hesitation recommending Williams estate to anyone looking to Buy, sell or rent . Stephen cox

James was extremely solicitous and friendly throughout and helped to make the whole experience as easy and pleasant as a house sale could be. James answered all questions, gave advice and positive encouragement where needed. Every person we spoke to at S&P were polite, friendly and professional, which seems to be their mantra. We would not hesitate to recommend Strutt & Parker, Shrewsbury.

From the initial viewing, through to the offer and enquiries, Karen and the team worked tirelessly to keep our solicitors in constant contact and was incredibly responsive, often replying to queries and emails within minutes. Moving home is always stressful, and our case was no exception, but throughout we felt like Karen was 100% on top of things and genuinely cared about the outcome and our ambitions. Not to mention the virtual tours available on the property listing which has made planning the details of our next move easier than ever! Thank you so much Karen, George and team. We were told that a decision on our offer would be made by the end of the week, and indeed it was accepted by then. Jeremy was really very good: helpful, honest, reassuring, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to be of assistance.
