They have been super helpful, kind as I have not been through this process before so have been walking me through step by step. I feel comfortable asking questions and they got my house on the market and people through the door viewing within a couple of hours. Just all round great service so far ????

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thankyou to them, for their support and help during this time. In particular Sophie, Nicole and recently Harley. I was a nervous first time landlady and hadn't got a clue how it all worked. I am grateful for their professionalism, experience and patience in guiding me through the years. We have viewed many properties with many agents, but Nathaniel was exceptional and stood out head and shoulders from the rest. He was charming, thorough and really sold the property. 17th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)City and County were not helpful with the selling of my property. It is currently on the market with another estate agents after being with City and County for 3 months with only one viewing. Lack of communication was there key area they need to work on as well as knowing there market well and getting potential buyers

30th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)Initially they talked the talk and were very helpful but once the property was sold they started pushing for us to move out early (which we refused to do) presumably so they could get their commission. The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.

People arrange viewings to suit work times and this is irresponsible and unprofessional.
