It is currently on the market with another estate agents after being with City and County for 3 months with only one viewing. Lack of communication was there key area they need to work on as well as knowing there market well and getting potential buyers

Luke Hill, Branch Manager (North), and the other members of staff, have shown consistent professionalism in the marketing, and viewing, of my property, as well as looking for houses that I may be interested in, in my search for my next home. Very satisfied.
23rd Jan 2025 (15 days ago)Northwood Peterborough Estate & Letting Agent has been managing; letting, my 2-bed property, for well over 10 years. I have found the entire team to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, very reliable, very friendly and trustworthy. Special mention to Jill, Andrew, Rebecca and Emma. Accurate records are maintained concerning all aspects of my property managment and maintenance, Health & Safety Checks etc. If something needs to be 'fixed' on my property, I'm informed quickly via email and visual evidence and given the option of employing a contractor of my choice. They also have a team of suitably qualified contractors who have carried out recommended maintenance work, identified by Legal Bodies, to a high standard and in a timely manner. I recommend Northwood Estate Agent highly. Thanks for making the experience far less stressful.

Edward Stuart had very good reviews so we chose to advertise our house with them. 6 viewings and 2 offers have meant we can move on to looking for our next property with more confidence. They were polite, punctual and professional.
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
