I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thankyou to them, for their support and help during this time. In particular Sophie, Nicole and recently Harley. I was a nervous first time landlady and hadn't got a clue how it all worked. I am grateful for their professionalism, experience and patience in guiding me through the years. If I find myself needing a letting agent, I will be back without hesitation. Well done and carry on the good work.

We have viewed many properties with many agents, but Nathaniel was exceptional and stood out head and shoulders from the rest. He was charming, thorough and really sold the property. Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)A Patronising man (Andrew Sharman) randomly passed my needs onto a different branch, without my permission or warning, half way through selling my house. I had to stop my fiance from snatching the phone a few times due to this man's poor attitude towards me. He made it very clear that he thought any question I had was stupid and tried to push me to do things I didn't understand or want to do. I'm glad he gave me to someone else when I started giving the attitude back because things actually got done and my questions were answered ???? avoid hampton if you want unbiased support. Reply: No miscommunication unfortunately. I'll just leave it there and hopefully no one else gets treated the same.

Shabnam in particular was so lovely and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer agent (and my past experience has taught me to be wary!) I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely go back to them if we decide to move again.

The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.
