6th Dec 2024 (7 weeks ago)Firstly I met with Victoria which established the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with your line of business. She was smart, experienced and knew the market and challenges. It was very comforting and then to be followed up by Sue, James and the selling Ladies , one of whom out of the three I thought a little dippy, but having said that she was probably the one who showed the new buyers around! Very quickly there were people through the door and many of them! Yes, my house is in a great location and reasonably laid out but “Rightmove” is not the only vehicle that sells houses! It’s a true credit to Savills and Victoria who lead the charge, and made this trip enjoyable. Thank you, Lesley FORROW??

23rd Jan 2024 (11 mo. ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.

It is currently on the market with another estate agents after being with City and County for 3 months with only one viewing. Lack of communication was there key area they need to work on as well as knowing there market well and getting potential buyers

30th Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)Appalling agency, staffed by amateurs it seems. Some major flaws in their promises, and their overall management of the sale. Seemingly ‘known’ locally for their approach to sales. The longest 6month contract i’ve known. Called within 2 weeks to see if we would LET the property ?? failed (miserably) a ‘secret shopper’ test if their incompetence. I really am not surprised that they do not have their own review site. Steer clear at all costs !

Luke Hill, Branch Manager (North), and the other members of staff, have shown consistent professionalism in the marketing, and viewing, of my property, as well as looking for houses that I may be interested in, in my search for my next home. Very satisfied.

30th Dec 2024 (22 days ago)Avoid these irresponsible and arrogant agents! I have contact to book a viewing and they got back to me only an hour before the viewing time which I obviously couldn’t manage because I have a full time job while a full time student. However, I tried to make it but I was late and only about 20 minutes after the viewing time I got this email. “You have not showed for the viewing or called to confirm you could not make it, so please avoid contacting us again for any further viewings.” This is the most arrogant and unprofessional response I have ever received. Imagine dealing with these people for a year or two.

Edward Stuart had very good reviews so we chose to advertise our house with them. 6 viewings and 2 offers have meant we can move on to looking for our next property with more confidence. They were polite, punctual and professional.
