I will never recommend these to anyone, ever. 100% do not use their Mutley Branch (the estate agent in question moved to that branch).- 29th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)Absolutely useless at St Budeaux branch , mum aged 84 had so many problems with incompetence not doing anything right, house was sold yet money got lost in tranfer for over a month, Avoid this branch!!
5th Nov 2024 (14 weeks ago)I have to give an amazing shout out to Oliver Tugwell who arranged my mortgage for me to buy my first house. Nothing was to much trouble for him and he was always available to answer any questions and queries. Definitely a 5* service that i would highly recommend.

The whole process was made significantly easier by the excellent staff and especially Antonia and Denise. Our particular transaction was quite tricky at times but Luscombe Maye helped to get the deal over the line by chasing solicitors and maintaining excellent communication between ourselves and the Vendor. We can wholeheartedly recommend Luscombe Maye to anyone buying or selling property within the South Hams as they are a pleasure to deal with and provide an exceptional service.
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

Wesley's use of graphic analysis and data to pitch at the right place was persuasive. And my initial warm feeling in the office was boosted as each member of the team came individually to the house to understand the features and potential of the property. Lynn (and Caroline) was a fabulous orchestrator of the ‘chain,’ while Jeremy’s undoubted expertise and experience was a key feature in eventually getting over the line. I would thoroughly recommend JulianMarks. Thank you to you all (+ Gemma and Megan (of course!))
