26th Oct 2025 (15 days ago)Didn't think the viewings were long enough for the buyer & a more experienced person should have been showing people around not young people who haven't even seen the property before .I also had a sold sign erected in the garden before the property was sold which could be off putting for potential buyers

I really appreciate all the help, support and guidance. Highly recommended!
16th Oct 2025 (25 days ago)I left a review 7 years ago, I got a cursory response addressed to 'Helen' (not me) and nothing further. RE their response; I have been contacting the office about this, for 7 years. Katherine Stevens/Kat, Nicholas Goulden, Aidan Meyers, Kieran Milner, Kelly, Richard Unwin, Steven Blackmore, Milo Cole, I have not had anything in response. I'm pretty much here to say to all the 1* reviews I see: please please please just **report them to The Property Ombudsman or the Information Commissioners Office**. FIGHT THE EVICTION NOTICES - they're fairly unlikely to be valid. Your Move are *not* going to deal with your complaint, it's not in their business plan, and they need to be held accountable for how many peoples lives they've messed around with (and how many laws they've broken in doing so!). My personal grievance is that this estate agents has been actively destroying my ability to rent by giving out provably falsified negative references about myself. I am disabled, and when a workman showed up unexpectedly, I had a panic attack & focal seizure and physically couldn't open the door. The estate agents were aware of my disability, and I even sent emails apologising for my symptoms. I was served a section 21 shortly afterwards, and because I had lived in my flat for quite some time and was pretty young, I didn't have any other references built up yet. I had to rely on friends and eventually private landlords whilst I built up enough savings to be able to pay a full years rent in advance. I have been trying to contact them about this for over 7 years, zero response. They will not provide my data under GDPR, they will not respond to any complaints, but will happily write bad references within seconds. I wont go on any longer, just, it's really been 7 years of this?! damn.
22nd Sep 2025 (7 weeks ago)I have never met anyone so passionate about his work as the mastermind behind the running of this property company. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Usually , I would suggest speaking to two or three different estate agents but no need here. We also used his company to rent out my parents' property. Hindhead will keep you updated regularly and nothing can be faulted. Outstanding

We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!

The more I got into the letting period, the more I appreciated their depth of knowledge and service. Their pricing and accounting were very satisfactory too.

15th Oct 2025 (26 days ago)Will not allow two women to house share despite allowing us to view our perfect property and knowing our situation. When we booked the viewing, the agent went to confirm if house share was allowed and we were informed it was absolutely fine. Their policy only allows family or couples. We also told them we had pets and was told no extra cost would be added. This is not the case and they charge £50 per animal, including the fish! These were only told to us after a viewing and when we tried to put our application forward. Very disappointed at the lack of correct information provided to us. A waste of time, plus money loss due to weekday viewing.
3rd Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)They were instructed in Feb and the sale (if it actually goes through) won't complete until Dec/Jan. I was contacted by at least 7 different people and each time they dropped the selling price by at least £5k but more often £15k. I was finally persuaded to sell to a cash buyer, but guess what, another lie.... Buyer will be getting a mortgage so not the 6 weeks completion but more likely 12 weeks. I don't think any of the Let Property representatives who I dealt with told me the truth. I deeply regret ever contacting them and would not advise anyone to use them.

It was our first time selling a property, which if it isn't stressful enough, we had the additional worry of selling whilst we are located in Australia so we wanted someone we could trust and rely on. Tony went above and beyond for us, and we felt looked after throughout the whole process. Communication with Tony and the team couldn't have been better, and we can't recommend them enough!

Greg's communication has provided us with positivity throughout and his knowledge has also supported us in the process. A pleasant experience at what could be a stressful time for many, nothing has been too much trouble and his response time to any correspondence has been excellent. We cannot fault Greg and even though we have found our forever home we 100% would recommend Greg to anyone we talk to who are wanting to look at purchasing a property.
