The local market knowledge, professionalism and communication were to the best of the standards. We would highly recommend to hire / use Pink street for anything related with properties selling / buying.
22nd May 2022 (1 year ago)All of the staff that we dealt with were excellent in their responses to our queries and from start to finish we were kept informed of any progress or problems with potential purchasers culminating in numerous offers in the first week, one of which we accepted allowing us to put all of our energies into finding a new home to move to in Wiltshire which took some weeks to do so.

9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

From the start through to the sale, the service I received from both Steph & Ollie were professional, attentive and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. The sale went through with few issues and any hiccups we did encounter were dealt with promptly. I can't thank the team enough especially Ollie who was my main point of contact and I would highly recommend their services.

They managed the letting of my Hamble house while I was working abroad, and when I decided to sell, they handled that effectively too. I have had ongoing contact with several members of the team, both in the lettings and sales departments, and without exception I have found them to be professional, helpful, capable, and really nice people to deal with. At all stages, I have had confidence in their professional judgement: I felt that they knew the market well, and were also looking out for my interests. I have also had the impression that they treated my tenants with courtesy as real people, which was important to me. Were I to return to the Hamble area in the future, they would certainly be the first people I would contact.

If we had any queries, however small, they were more than happy to help. They always provided a very humane touch to everything, and always made us feel comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the future, as they are very dedicated and professional.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year.
