12th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)We bought our home in the centre of Wickham through Harringtons this summer. Although as a buyer we don’t pay estate agent fees, we had a great service from Harringtons. John was very obliging with our requests for viewings and information and helped ensure the whole process ran smoothly. Helen was super helpful behind the scenes ensuring that there were no delays in the chain and the process was wrapped up within our planned time scales. We are really delighted with our new home and the service we received from Harringtons. I can’t imagine moving from this home but if we did, I would definitely choose the team at Harringtons to support us.

18th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Imogen showed us around the property, applied no sales pressure, gave us time to look around and ask questions. Next day we put in offer which the seller accepted. From then on Imogen updated us on a regular basis as to how everything was progressing. After the purchase completed we obtained the keys, we had some further questions we had not previously thought to ask, Imogen was most helpful and even willing to revisit the property with us. Past experience has taught us that help is not always forthcoming once a sale has completed, this was definitely not the case dealing through RPS with the help of Imogen, it was a 5star experience.
27th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)The office team were very helpful and patient as I tried to set up a date for valuation. The site visit was very good with a verbal proposal. Since then we heard nothing after the valuation letter. This review originally of 3 stars, prompted a phone call from the agent who was somewhat confused on the low rating. I advised them that I had sent a general enquiry to the Fareham office to seek a Best And Final Offer (amongst 4 other estate agents). Subsequently and in short order the revised offer was submitted.

6th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)I have just used Chambers Sales and Lettings of Stubbington, Hill Head & Lee on the Solent to sell a house at a distance. Mr Chambers and Shannon Beasley went above and beyond from carrying out viewing's to giving me feedback i did not know i needed, until i realized i did! Shannon also took the time to listen to me and answer questions which enabled me to think through decisions. This support made all the difference and removed what could have been stressful, to becoming manageable. Their communication was excellent by phone and Email. They clearly had really good systems in place and knew the local market well. I would rate them the Best Estate Agent on the South Coast. Would i use them again? Yes 100% They were worth every penny of their fee.

My property has been through 3 estate agents and I can honestly say leaders and Leah are brilliant, she talks to you like you have been friends for years and she treats the tenants with importance and compassion. If I ever had to move I would look anywhere else or ask advice from anyone else. Thank you for being an amazing person and team

19th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Currently under offer and in today's market that means there is still a road to travel? However, choosing Jackson Bailey has so far proved a very good decision. My choice was based on viewing houses advertised with Jack 2 years ago and, now I am selling, "interviewing" Jack along with two household name agents locally : professional, friendly, reactive and efficient service and really understand the local market. No salesman -charm and then using faceless team members that know nothing about your property - exact opposite - hands on, genuine support from small, efficient and responsive team - well recoommend!

From an explanation of the tasks, transparency of pricing, review and feedback to ensure all parties were up-to-date with the status of the sale, advice in negotiation, help during the handover process, post sale touch base to ensure everything was good. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marco Harris to anyone who’s selling their property. Thank you!
