3rd Apr 2024 (24 weeks ago)Searching for a property to rent locally, contacted Beals, took some personal information from me over the phone, got a viewing the next day. All was great! A member of the team showed us round the property, which looked fab. Just what we were after. However I asked how to pursue to secure the property, to have a reply of ‘we have received many emails about this property and had to ignore most of them due to the high demand!’ ….but just reply back to my viewing confirmation email. So I got home, replied back to his email asking to persue. 48 hours later still no reply, I called the branch to be told the estate agent would call me back. The next morning I receive an email ‘Unfornalty the landlord isn’t willing to go with yourselves this time. We do another 2-bedroom property on. I can send you over this now for you to look’ - this was the spelling too, again not very professional. We were dishearten but respect we may not be what the landlord is after. But no 2 bedroom property ever sent to us. I really felt like I was a number to get up the viewings on the flat, no real compassion or listening to our needs to persue anything else. Selina visited us ( twice!) to value our house, and talked through how to best market it, answering our many questions. The whole team visited to ensure they were all familiar with the house prior to it coming onto the market. We were lucky enough to sell on the first day.The after sales service was excellent. Chantelle kept us informed of what was happening in our chain. We felt very supported dealing with the survey and solicitors. Thank you so much to the whole team at Chapplins.

3rd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Robinson Reade sold my house for me in Locks Heath. The whole team were outstanding & continually kept me up to date at all times. They set up a "WhatsApp" group for my property which was a brilliant idea, as we were all able to use it at any time. It let me know of viewings (as well as receiving emails), instant feedback on a viewing, I could ask questions & I got instant replies - I thought it was amazing & so useful for me as the seller. The tracking once I had sold was first class. I truly can't fault this agent & I am extremely fussy!!! Go no where else................You won't be disappointed! Thank you to you all Lyn x

15th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! They took a deposit from my company, then changed the rules, forcing us to withdraw, and refused to give us our money back! They treat customers like enemies. They wouldn't even speak to us! STEER CLEAR! AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL OWNER, AWFUL COMPANY. The reply below is untrue. They knew it was a company let. I wasn't rude to staff. I just asked for a refund, so they said "don't speak to us again". Their idea of a compromise is all one sided. They hide behind their Ts & Cs and have zero empathy with customers. STEER CLEAR, they are trouble! It is them who are unpleasant! Just look at all the bad reviews!

We chose them after friends of ours had worked with them to sell their home and after seeing the excellent quality of the images and marketing videos, we didn't want to work with anyone else. We had an offer and accepted just 6 days after going live on their website and Rightmove which was just incredible. The team really understood our requirements and we were also really grateful for their expertise in the housing market. We are so glad we chose them and we can proudly say that we are now settled in our New Home and it was thanks to the team's superb efforts that we completed a sale and a purchase in just under 3 months! Thank You all SO much!

10th Sep 2024 (9 days ago)Well, where to start! We live abroad and came back to the UK to help my parents downsize to a more suitable property. We had seen a couple of agents in their local area but hadn't clicked with them, so we continued to sort their property, while looking at potential areas for them to move to. We'd seen a property in Portchester through Nesbitts and asked to view. It turned out to be the best decision! My parents fell in love with the property and the next day, Marc came out to my parents place as he already had a potential buyer in mind. Two hours later, we had an offer on the table, without even listing the property on the open market! What should have been a stressful process was actually much less so. Marc has been great to deal with, is super responsive and comes back quickly to answer any questions. And eight (ish) weeks after we first viewed the property, my parents have sold their bungalow and are now moved into their dream home. Thanks to Marc, Lara and the Nesbitts team from Sue, Aubrey and Helen and Family!

They have made one of the most stressful life events, feel much lighter and I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us! The friendliest team out there! Everything on their end was completed promptly and professionally and I felt completely at ease talking on the phone to the ladies who were managing our sale!
