They have a friendly team that are always on hand to listen to any concerns and answer any questions. All the staff involved provided an excellent service and I can't recommend them enough.

19th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Wanted to leave a review and say a massive thank you to the team at Preston, Louise has been my file handler and has been very helpful and on point for contact the entire process, really pleased with that, Ste at the office was a joy to work with and completed my file and advertising on point. Really got behind the valuation and made his visit feel personal and engaging which I appreciated massively. My situation with solicitors was a nightmare and they weren't particularly helpful at times, Nicola was amazing with her assistance in all regards, really helped me feel less stressed and frustrated with the processes outside my control, we had a good laugh through the sale and her professional attitude towards the situations faced really made all the difference, loved working with the guys on my sale and would definitely come back again. Nicola was a Star, as I say a credit to the team and much love from me on all you have done for me and my Mrs over the last 3-4 months.

27th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
27th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Initially, the sales team were incredibly helpful and valued the property accurately and asserted they already had buyers lining up for the property. In reality this wasn’t the case and in the 5 weeks only one viewing. Promised lots but Did not deliver.

Wasn't easy losing the chain twice however Taylforths and Ruby in particular was proactive in getting the house remarketed and a new buyer within days. Highly recommend.
