25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Stevens successfully completed a POA sale for my family on my Mother's bungalow. They sold the property within 3 weeks at the full asking price which we were not expecting. They kept me up to date at all times throughout the sales process & even chased things that, in my opinion, my Solicitor should of been doing. All in all a very professional service at a difficult time for our family.

It's a difficult market, but after securing a buyer, they remained very hands on in the process all through the sale, and were very helpful in keeping things moving, and liaising with everyone involved. This has not always been my experience with estate agents - Mansell McTaggart really earn their commission!

Having experienced previous local agencies who frustrated me and cause me more work, I can honestly say that Fowlers are ummatched in professionalism, pro-active behaviour, experience and calibre of staff. Kate in particular is a real asset and I could not recommend them highly enough. They are brilliant at what they do and its lovely to work with a team like them.

After that they were so helpful during the vending process, whenever there was a delay or a problem, they were able to communicate across all of the parties and get the problem unblocked. In particular, Connor has been very helpful and very communicative, he is a friendly and nice estate agent, with high integrity. Thanks Connor, Arif and the whole team.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.

I had dealings with both Alex and Sam. I found both of them incredibly professional, friendly and very helpful. The communication was excellent at all stages of the purchase process and they really helped drive the process through as quickly and seamlessly as it could be. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone in using this estate agents. Very impressive!

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
