We have found them to be very professional but at the same time friendly and will explain any jargon that we come across that we do not understand. They have provided us with QQ reports, surveyors reports for purchasing and selling properties and have advised us several times. I would recommend this company
7th May 2024 (11 mo. ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

We had a lot of issues with our solicitors that made it very stressful, but the absolute saving grace was Lincoln Ralph! Nicola was absolutely amazing and kept us updated throughout the entire process and did a lot of chasing when we weren’t getting any answers. I really think we would have pulled out of our purchase if it wasn’t for Nicola going above and beyond to help solve every issue we came across. They really did more than just sell our house (which sold in 4 days!), they did everything possible to make the process as easy as possible and I am so grateful. Even at the beginning when I was deciding who to go with, they made it clear there was no pressure and to do what’s best for us, and helped explain how selling and buying works as I didn’t have a clue! They are worth their weight in gold!!

The lady on the phone , I think her name was Mia , kept my details and contacted me as soon as a property in the area came available . I really recommend this high level of service which I did not receive when I enquired with other branches .
