The team at Miller Countrywide have been amazing. Professional but at the same time making me feel as if they were my friends and helping me sell my property in a very short space of time. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I couldn’t have asked for more. Selling a property that you have lived in for a very long period of time is never easy but they were with me every step of the way. I thoroughly recommend them.

She is so knowledgeable and listens to exactly what you need when buying and selling your home right from initial meeting to completion. She has made the whole journey so much smoother and helped and supported at every stage thank you.

From start to finish, she was friendly, professional, and consistently responsive – always keeping me in the loop and chasing things up when needed, especially during frustrating delays caused by my solicitors. One thing I really appreciated was that Emily arranged an additional viewing for me closer to completion, which allowed me to properly plan ahead for my move. That small but thoughtful step made a huge difference, especially with how unpredictable the legal side had become. Emily was genuinely one of the few people who helped reduce the stress of the entire process. I always felt like I could rely on her to follow up, provide clear answers, and make sure I wasn’t left in the dark. If you’re buying through New Oak Estates, I highly recommend working with Emily – she’s a credit to the company and made a difficult process much smoother.

14th May 2025 (8 weeks ago)If you’re selling … I really would look at going with someone else. It all started promising with a swift valuation and the usual marketing. The problems started when they did no vetting on a potential purchaser and it turned out the financials were fraudulent and it cost me 10 weeks and I lost out on a house that I wanted. There was no apology or any sympathy from Gates Estates, things did get better when the new member of staff took over, things seemed a bit more organised but if I was selling again I’d have gone with someone else. I had to accept £10k lower than valuation.

However, from the moment Phillip arrived to help, getting the property on the market was incredibly easy. Phillip was efficient and attentive, with a level of communication that is unmatched in this industry. The marketing and promotion provided by EweMove was truly amazing and refreshing. When we finally accepted an offer, Phillip was there to assist us with everything, as usual. I must admit that the journey from sale to completion was not the easiest; there were many issues along the way, primarily created by the solicitors involved, which left us feeling overwhelmed by the demands and delays they caused. We reached out to Phillip and asked him to intervene, and from the moment he got involved, things began to move more smoothly. Without Phillip's experience, patience, and excellent communication skills, I don’t think we would have navigated the process successfully. A big thank you to EweMove and especially to Phillip. We would recommend them and Phillip to anyone who is looking for an outstanding estate agent.

1st Jul 2025 (11 days ago)Liz, Andrea & Tammy and the rest of the team went over and above to support us getting our house purchase. Andrea was amazing and her investigative skills helped us sort out the issues that were holding us up. Reeds Rains werent our estate agents but the sellers, and yet they kept us informed, contacted us weekly and were super helpful overall. We even got a lovely moving in card which was more than our estate agents did. Not that we are planning on moving again but if we did we would certainly use Reeds Rains and wold recommend the to anyone. Thanks again for all your help
