Always very helpful and responsive when it came to maintenance or just about anything related to our home. We are now moving into a new beautiful house and once again, Sabrina in particular was just soooo helpful making the entire process very smooth. From finding us the new property, to helping us deal with all necessary checks and finally arranging move out/in detail!! Absolute star!! Thank you ????
31st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Everything has been faultless and fast, with amazing attention to detail. Our property was in the market for 4 days and sold a lot quicker than we had expected. The team at Hunter’s Barnsley are a fantastic team and really can’t do enough for you. Queries and calls are answered promptly, they take the hassle out of selling. I would highly recommend them.
4th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Had a place in Rotherham town centre, dealing with Carly and Josh specifically at BRH. The moving out report had them trying to charge me for cleaning and damages that were there from the original time of moving in, even when the same damages were they from the day I moved in. Wouldn't recommend as they're job is to get the money from you, and have no further reasoning. From independent adjudication the moving out costs was more than halved than what flatfair and BRH had proposed.

We sold and purchased the property via William H Brown and the whole process was really stressful and full of uncertainty. However Megan and her colleagues had been done so well and provided us so much support during the whole process especially Megan. She is very friendly and helpful, she always responded and solved our enquiries so fast and in very professional manner. We have no hesitation to recommend their services.

She was quick to respond when booking viewings, provided regular updates without us having to ask, and ultimately made the whole process as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend Cowell Norford as a transparent and efficient estate agents.- 12th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Very poor experience. We made an offer on a property. This offer was accepted and we weren’t notified about it until days later. Constantly trying to chase people in the office, staff clearly never communicated, we should’ve had one person to deal with. Yet here we are having dealt with any number of them. Upon making the offer we explained we are not in chain but one of us will be coming off another mortgage, however we do not have anything to sell. We are classed as home movers but without anything to sell. We have multiples AIPs and we were asked to provide our most recent one, which we did three days after our offer was accepted. Today we were told we didn’t send an AIP but an online calculator, sorry but the document sent to you literally says “agreement in principle certificate”. Four days after our offer was accepted we’ve now been notified the seller wished to go with another offer. Only today when we’ve been told we’ve lost the property have we been asked to provide any documentation. Only today have we been given an email to contact a specific person. Overall absolutely disgusting and piss poor organisation. We could have had all required documentation in weeks ago if it had been communicated to us but instead we’re now highly unlikely to get the property we were set on. We will explicitly not purchase via WHB due to this experience. Disgraceful is an understatement.

18th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have recently sold my house with Reeds Rains Rotherham and the service from my initial call through to completion was exceptional. If you are looking for an agent that goes the extra mile where nothing is too much then look no further. Special mentions to Nicola and Daniel who dealt with my sale who were both fantastic and kept me up to date even when there was no further progression with the sale. I have also recommended the team to friends who are looking to sell their house. Proper value for money! Thank you :)

21st Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have just sold my house with Trigglets and I can't rate them enough. Half way through my sale I had a really traumatic thing happen in my personal life. Helen was there to help me through. She was patient, understanding but most of all compassionate. I can't thank her enough. These estate agents are not like the others. They are a family run business and treat you like a human being and not a cash cow. Their fees are transparent, competitive with no hidden surprises. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Trigglets.

We have found them to be very professional but at the same time friendly and will explain any jargon that we come across that we do not understand. They have provided us with QQ reports, surveyors reports for purchasing and selling properties and have advised us several times. I would recommend this company

Typical cowboy sales techniques which back up the awful reputation estate agents already have. Avoid if possible. Horrendous experience.

Sam provides a nonsense approach and is committed to professionalism; a breath of fresh air in the estate agency world of over-valuations and promises! Valuations are prompt and realistic and I regularly recommend Sam to my clients when they are looking at selling.

We were buying a house through them, and not only did Mell provide great service with that side, but also went above and beyond in aiding us in the selling of our property. This was incredibly helpful as she was able to coordinate a particularly sticking move which threatened to derail the chain. She dealt with everything calmly and professionally and was a really reassuring presence throughout the move. Thanks Mell and Ben!

SHF are a breath of fresh air, getting my properties back to a good standard with great suppliers, keeping me up to date at all times and finding new tenants. Highly recommend them.

We have nothing but praise for how supportive Home & Manor have been throughout the process; namely Cheryl, Lexie and Alex who have become friendly faces and friendly voices on the end of the phone! Nothing is ever too much trouble and you can rely on them to action things quickly and professionally. It feels like you get a very personal experience from Home & Manor - this is our 3rd move, so we know this is rare. Would recommend Home & Manor to anyone.
