10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Pink move has been purchased by Peter Alan, nobody told me anything. Property has been in the market for 6 weeks with still not sign on the property, zero communication from agency. Thinking to give the property to a different agent.

Throughout my year-long tenancy, they've been incredibly responsive and proactive, especially with maintenance issues. The entire team, with a special mention to the maintenance staff, has been consistently professional and helpful. Karen, who conducts quarterly inspections, deserves a special mention for her delightful demeanor and respectful approach. She always takes the time to chat and catch up, which I truly appreciate. My time in this flat has been wonderful, thanks in large part to the dedicated team at Dawsons. I couldn't be more grateful for their contribution to making my tenancy here so enjoyable. Highly recommend!
10th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)We were unsure how best to sell our home to achieve the quick sale that we required. Katie from John Francis was great with her valuation and getting a nice listing up on the website. She suggested we sell via the "modern auction method" with their I AM SOLD collaboration. Everything worked very well. There were a few very minor delays on account of some lender issues, but on the whole we were kept well informed by I AM SOLD & Dylan at JF Pontardawe. The price received was a little under the initial valuation but a very fair price overall. The I AM SOLD method gives the buyer impetus to complete in a timely manner, which is mainly a good thing from a seller's perspective. We are very grateful to you all for getting everything sorted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone selling by this method and through this agent. Thank You

12th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Avoid if you are a seller.....In my case... A complete lack of customer care and service. Several emails not responded to. No reduction in fees for overpricing. Its not the value of the property that is the issue it was their tactics to secure my custom. Over valuing properties without local knowledge of the area they are advertising in (in my case). No offer of explanation or apology. Due to complete next week. Personally wouldn't sell through this branch in the future. Props to Michelle for being a lovely lady to deal with on the few occasions I have spoke to her.- 7th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Dawsons branch in Morriston have been extremely helpful in finding me a property. When out viewing with Liz she mentioned a property they had just taken on board. Andrea immediately arranged for me to view before it was marketed as she knew it suited my requirements. They’ve made the move so much easier considering we couldn’t come and view the place! They are the most friendliest people I’ve ever come across and I couldn’t recommend them enough! If your looking to move I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them!
