8th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Terrible. This is my third week in my new flat and They still have fixed the issues below. Terrible! Terrible Terrible! 1. The cooker is not working 2. The water tap in the bathroom is not working 3. The toilet seat is broken. 4. The doorbell is not working. 5. There is no curtain in the kitchen. 6. The curtain in the main room is low quality.

14th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Contacted within 24 hours of an enquiry about a property for sale even though it had just gone under offer, I was given a video tour to see if I wanted to make an offer too. Great friendly service and advice from Esther so far impressed in comparison with some other estate agents. Who are apparently “good” in Manchester. This company is excellent ????.
30th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)I recently had a viewing with daisy. she was absolutely amazing and personable and very very helpful kind and friendly. I am genuinely more inclined to get the property because of her service and highly inclined to work with reeds rain from how amazing the support was. she offered a wide range of options for support as well! would have left a money tip had that been appropriate. deserves a raise.

Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!- 28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)I am badly disappointed by the unprofessional and negligent service I received from Reeds Rains Estate Agents Reddish as a first time buyer . After taking more than 5 months, i have nothing in my hands. My time and money spoiled due to unprofessional behaviours of staff. Never recommend anyone to use them. Totally disappointed
2nd Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house
27th Dec 2023 (6 mo. ago)They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

An extremely knowledgable agent that has his clients best interests at heart and comfortably goes the extra mile to make sure he deliver the best service with everyone in the process. I would recommend Maurice to anyone in Cheadle and nearby who wants a great personal service.

Unit 6 Hammond Court Hammond Avenue,Whitehill Industrial Estate,Stockport, SK4 1PQ(13 reviews)2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Been great for me, but I'm no moaning mini, little jobs get done by myself, any other issues are sorted in amicable time, Colin and Mike are great down to earth and any issues usually have replies within 24 hrs( fine with most normal people) landlord on the other hand is charging the "going rate" for a property that is not the standard but it's an ok area, it does need windows doing, damp sorting properly, carpets stained from previous leaks etc but again nothing major, and wpf deal with it all via landlord ???? Will definitely use wpf for all our future rents etc, Can't fault wpf , it's the landlords that take time deciding on any fixes or repairs, bear that in mind ????- 29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Absolute nightmare, the owner of the company came out to sign us up, which took 10 days from our initial enquiry, he then outright lied to my face, told me that it was so important to have an agent who has a high street presence and that 30% of enquiries come through this, was promised Premium listing and Featured property on Rightmove also. This then went live the next day on a standard listing only, so I was not impressed, then within 24 hours got an email - yes email they could not even have the courtesy to call me - stating that the branch was now permanently closed, when I complained and asked them to tell me how they would make up for the marketing being there was now no branch, all they did was cancel the listing altogether, highly un-professional and certainly not a company you should consider using at any costs, they cannot be trusted.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
6th Mar 2024 (20 weeks ago)I recently moved in to a new property, which I bought through Aspire residential. From start to finish the whole team were professional, informative and extremely helpful. I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. So thank you to the whole team for making the process straightforward and easy to manage. I wish you all the best for the new office. I’ve no doubt if you carry on doing what you’re doing, you’ll make a huge success of it. It’s been a pleasure dealing with you.

12th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)We knew when we first met Adam Gaulton that he was the right agent for us and since then, he has more than surpassed our expectations! Adam is a genuinely nice guy and this, in combination with his impressive knowledge and expertise, got our house sold (for the full asking price) in less than 3 weeks! Since then, Adam has continued to offer us advice and support and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We honestly couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone!
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
