6th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service from Savills. We had got down to a choice of two agents and decided to use Savills because my eldest daughter had been so pleased with the effort the Cranbrook branch went to in order to overcome some last minute obstacles with her chain and keep her sale on track. This was definitely the right decision. The commission was competitively priced and overall we feel it was very easy from start to finish. The photos looked great, as did the write up. The team who showed people round the house were on time, with good feedback where they had any. Becky’s involvement throughout the entire process was definitely beneficial and all your help at the 11th hour to get it over the line to meet the buyers incredibly tight deadline was much appreciated. It’s not easy to go from offer to completed in 6 weeks, but we made it! So thank you for your professional yet warm and friendly service, which was very much appreciated.
12th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We were disappointed with the way the agent (viewing person) handled our situation - her comments about our property were not constructive or positive and she believed that solar panels with battery storage, loft insulation, and electric security gate would not be of much interest for potential viewers. When the EPC rating was carried out and I mentioned that it would need to be added to the advert (C), she added that people would not really be interested in this. Her knowledge of the property was limited - not even being aware of the shower room/toilet in the extension side of the house. We had discussed of getting new photos of the garden as the border shrubs and the trees were coming into bloom. This never happened. As a whole, the experience depressed us both and we decided to take our property off the market for a while and then choose another agent.

We dealt with Phillip Hamp who, from the first viewing to completion, was excellent. One of the most enthusiastic, friendly people I've ever met! He was very accessible, his communication was excellent and he helped guide us through the whole process. When he was away for a while, his colleague Ian Cudworth seamlessly took over with equal aplomb. Can highly recommend. Many thanks!

She has consistently found me outstanding tenants for my properties and always manages the process in an exemplary fashion. I have also had the good fortune to work alongside Becky @ Penny and Sinclair when I helped them with property management for a few months in 2023. Becky is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, driven and extremely good at her job. If you’re thinking of letting a property you won’t find anyone better to deliver the result you are looking for. 10!
