Will never rent through them. Rude and unprofessional. Always side with the landlord and treat you like a squatter rather than someone who is actually paying them for their services. Threatened to evict during pandemic, gave notices on wrong things and forced me to leave the property as it was too much to handle. And then refused to let the deposit go. Terrible experience with Hamptons of Windsor. All was going well, we were informed that our offer on a purchase of a Hamptons listed property had been accepted. The next day, we were told another bidder had come in with a higher offer and we were gazumped. From then on, the communication (or lack of) from Hamptons went from bad to worse. Trying to get hold of Nick (the "Sales Manager") was impossible. We were in a position to increase our offer to the asking price, yet could not get through to Nick who was handling this property. Multiple phone calls and messages through the Windsor office to ask him to urgently call us. We then found out the property was listed online as "under offer", despite our intentions of beating the requested price. Dealing with Nick is something we will not forget. Perhaps some training in his communication style is required. I would highly recommend people look at other estate agents in the area.... Read more

possibly the worst year of my life of dealing with this company, I have been renting for a few years and I have NEVER come across a company like this, everything is a struggle the communication is non existent. I have just recently moved out as end of tenancy, I have been charged rent but as the rent was always in advance, how???, I have been charged for cleaning/rubbish/keys, the flat was cleaned, no rubbish was left, and they didn't bother to ask me about the keys as I would of dropped key off. so that was an extra £300. If it was me il give the whole company a wide birth..., i wish I did last year....... Read more

Horrible experience with Regent Letting. They are not professional at all. Still waiting for my deposit after one month! They don't reply to the email promptly and I always have to call them. Yesterday Monica said to me on the phone The person who was dealing with my deposit (Tania) left the company and now is the manager davindra who is dealing with it and that I will have news today. Today I called them and I wanted to speak with the manager but Monica said to me I can't speak with her and that she doesn't know what it is going wrong with my deposit!... Read more
