14th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I am part of a group of investors who have opened a company to provide short-to-medium-term accommodation for our clients. In pursuit of a property for us to rent, I phoned up Savills and spoke with Julie (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly!).<br><br>From start to finish, she was fantastic. She had excellent knowledge of the area, she listened to our needs, and she made some really helpful suggestions and gave me some great information about the area.<br><br>Sadly, I was informed that Savills do not do company lets, and, as such, we weren't able to go out to view any properties for our purposes.<br><br>Nonetheless, I'm impressed with how she managed the phone call and if Savills ever soften their position on company lets and feel inspired to give us a chance, I sincerely hope they keep me on speed dial as I'd love to enter an ongoing business arrangement and help Savills to add massive value to the landlords of Windsor.<br><br>Keep up the great work Savills lettings! Please keep us in mind.
24th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Hamptons have been absolutely fantastic. We have just got the keys to our new home and through the whole process Hamptons, and particularly Jan M, have been amazing. Jan has been our point of reference from our first viewing all the way to getting the keys and we could not have asked more from her. She replies to emails quickly and if she doesn’t know the answers then she gets the answers asap. When viewing properties, Jan took the time to get to know us and really understand what we are looking for in our new home. Instead of just sending over loads of listings that don’t resemble what we’re looking for (as some estate agents do), she made sure that she was contacting us with genuinely great properties that meet our specification and budget. Finding something that my partner approves of has been a mission, but Jans perseverance and patience has meant we achieved it! In future years, when it’s time to move on from this property, we will definitely be using Hamptons and specifically Jan again. After the past few months working with Jan, we consider her more of a friend now than just an agent who sold us a house once.<br><br>Having had an awful experience with another estate agency in Windsor, just down the road with yellow branding, it was so refreshing to have an experience that was genuinely fantastic. Hamptons are the only Estate Agents that I would trust with my property. A massive thank you to Jan and all the team for everything you have done for us… until next time!

22nd Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Absolutely shocking experience – I would not recommend them to any landlord.<br><br>When you're initially handing over your property, the service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, responsive and reassuring. Unfortunately, once they have your property, it becomes a completely different experience.<br><br>Based on my experience over the last 12 months, I have found the service to be extremely unprofessional. A few examples:<br><br>7 rent payments have been late over a 12-month period. On more than one occasion, I have had to call the office asking where my rent payment is, only for the money to then appear in my account shortly afterwards.<br><br>They agreed to change the rent collection/payment date without informing me. I only became aware of the change after contacting them myself when the rent hadn't arrived when expected.<br><br>They failed to send written confirmation of the new tenancy protections to the tenants, despite telling me that this had been done.<br><br>What makes this particularly frustrating is that I am paying a company to manage my property precisely so that I don't have to continually chase rent payments or check whether basic administrative tasks have actually been completed.<br><br>I can't comment on the reasons behind the repeated payment delays, but having 7 late payments in 12 months is simply unacceptable for a professional property management company.<br><br>Based on my experience, I genuinely could not recommend them to another landlord

1st Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Outstanding is the only word I can use with regards to my experience of Carter Jonas. From the moment of registering and applying to view properties, their service has been perferctly coordinated, communicated and executed. From prompt responses to requests done on-line which most Agents appear to ignore, to keeping you informed and actually trying to work for you, Carter Jonas professionalism in today's market makes them top leaders in my opinion.<br><br>I would like to personally thank Jenna Bugler, for prompt responce, progress with requests, viewings, documentation and backgroungs checks help. We had the most difficult case of financial checks approach for Ukrainian refugees that escaped from the war zone, and Jennas approach was quick, professional and very helpful. I am very thankful for all effort, help and willingness to go an extra mile with their customers.<br><br>We also have Billy who is looking after us and helping with any issues that sometimes appeat in the house. I cannot thank her enough for coordinating and finding right people in the short period of time to deal with any type of emergencies or issues.<br><br>Thank you team!
9th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had 4 Estate Agents come to view my property and was about to give up hope when Ben arrived, I immediately know I would list with B Simmons, continuous communication from Ben and Emily and regular feedback, it did take 18 months to sell but they did not give up hope and kept telling me the right person would come along, and they eventually did, I had regular market updates from Ben and although long they made what some call a stressful situation seemless. Thank you all for your help in the process

A more recent member to the team Lauren, is highly motivated, quick to learn the workings of our estate and the challenges it brings. She always responds quickly with the aim to support and resolve any issues, an asset to an amazing team.

I believe this has contributed towards me deciding to go ahead with Renting and the attentiveness and direct communication and outstanding customer service has made this process as easy as they come.<br>I also want to thank Chris for his great customer service and I appreciate his time also especially for helping me where He was able to answer any further queries I may have had in order to assist with the process. 18th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
10th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

I would like to individually name many of the staff , however the two that stood out were Mark (who runs the agency) and Alan Hackland. Mark was clear and friendly. He has lived in the area, so has local knowledge. He was honest and open throughout the process. Alan Hackland (Sales progressor) was outstanding . He communicated with everyone clearly throughout the process and always went above and beyond. He made a stressful process as easy as it could possibly be. I was recommended them by a friend and I would also recommend them .
